cross between apartments and hotel. Maison Rasella.

The location was very good, right in the heart of the city of Rome. Shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and some attractions, like The Colosseum, The Pantheon, Trevi fountain and the Vittoriana memorial building, all impressive, beautiful buildings and monuments.
The hotel rooms were excellent, beds and pillows comfy, stairs and a lift. Clean, quietish and tidy. Tv, fridge, tea and coffee machine. Wi fi. Security is very good. No hotel bar or restaurants, but with so much nearby there is no need.
Rome is busy but full of history and life. There is also a cat sanctuary, with 70 cats. We donated to them.

Not really recommended.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom. On the other hand: 3 days without Wi-Fi or internet, a power outage, and the room was not cleaned the day before last! Air conditioning was blocked the last night!! No flexibility to check out 2 hours later .

Det var väldigt krångligt och få kontakt med ansvarig för bokningen både checka in och hur man får tillgång till Rummet.
Det fanns inte enda krok i badrummet för hänga upp handdukar. Det var en missljud som kom o gick medan man låg o sov vilket var väldigt irriterande. Tog upp det med bokningsansvarig men inget gjordes åt det. Sov pga det väldigt dåligt. Därmed var det inte alls prisvärt.

Väldigt mycket problem att få åtkomst till självincheckningen. Vi behövde kontakta hotels.com’s kundtjänst och hyresvärden vid två tillfällen; först för att få länken till självincheckningen och sedan för att få våra uppgifter godkända av hyresvärden. Våra uppgifter var fortfarande inte godkända och hyresvärden var inte nåbar på telefon cirka 3 timmar innan incheckning. Allt var alltså inte klart från hyresvärdens håll på incheckningsdagen. Vi behövde även kontakta hyresvärden ytterligare en gång väl framme vid hotellet då dörrautomatiken inte fungerade. Rummet var fint och fräscht men all oro kopplad till incheckningen var inte värt det! Wifi fungerade inte heller och room-service knackade på och stressade oss 30 minuter innan utcheckning och kunde inte engelska.
