Will definitely return.

Very clean guest house. Room was small but that was fine with us. Very good location shops and restaurants in a few minutes walk. 15-20 minute walk to attractions such as Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza. Lots of places to stop for drinks/food and lots of shop. Market 5 minute walk with restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all would definitely recommend this guest house. Host was very helpful and had good communication via message with information and any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice experience

We stayed 2 nights, 2 adults and 2 girls.
Fantastic area, close to Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori... very clean, well furnished, the sofa bed a bit uncomfortable, the double comfortable.
Call center assistance, efficient.
There is the possibility to leave luggage, it is unattended, but very convenient.

Very bad

A bad experience, really perfect location! In a few minutes walk you will reach Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori, and crossing the bridge you are immediately in Trastevere. A stone's throw away I also found a gluten-free shop with fresh produce, a real discovery! Too bad only for the mattress, unfortunately really uncomfortable.

I’m not sure where to start. First, we loved the location—this property is on a fantastic street in Rome. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us.
The air conditioning in the entire hotel was apparently “broken,” and our stay happened to fall during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. The rooms were sweltering and became completely unbearable. Despite the staff communicating promptly, there was no real resolution. We asked for fans or alternate accommodations, but nothing materialized. After a few nights of cold showers and trying to sleep in stifling heat, we had to leave early and book another hotel—Hotel Villa Pamphili, which was a dream by comparison.
The hotel offered a small refund—about $9 per night on each $200 room (we had two)—which didn’t come close to offsetting the discomfort or the cost of booking a last-minute alternative. We weren’t the only ones who left early—other guests did too. Common areas, especially upstairs, were so hot you could barely breathe. We found ourselves sitting on the steps outside most evenings, just trying to cool off.
Under different conditions, this could have been a decent stay. But in extreme heat, it was a major letdown and a disappointing start to our European vacation.

Avoid at All Costs

An awful little place; the only positive aspect was its location near Ponte Sisto. Dark, dirty & charmless...I wanted a bare-bones, less expensive place to say & unfortunately this fit the bill. There's no onsite representative of the company so any problems are handled by remote, AI driven bots.
A must to avoid.
