this place is awesome with friendly staff and they let us checked in early. the room is much bigger in person than in photos/website. the area is super safe, very close to metro station (3 mins walking). the gentleman at entrance to the main building is super nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting rome.

BAD EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED EVER AGAIN

Upon our arrival we immediately reported to the host that the shutters were not working. The response was timely, wondering if we would go out in the following hours to allow the maintenance. We answered no, clearly explaining that after a day of traveling and visiting we simply wanted to rest, and that ours was just a signal for those who would arrive after us.
Despite this, in the middle of the afternoon we went out for a few hours and, on our return, we found the roller shutters miraculously working. This means that someone entered our room without any permission, despite the fact that we explicitly said that we did not want any intervention.
If we had stayed inside to rest and had not answered a possible knock, would they have come in anyway? It's a disturbing thought. We spent the rest of our stay with the constant feeling of not having any privacy, angry and frustrated about what happened.
As if that wasn't enough, breakfast was not present in any way, despite being clearly indicated as included in the description of the property. In addition, water was constantly falling from the white flush tank, making the bathroom uncomfortable and unsanitary.
Completely unacceptable behaviour and management of the stay.
We felt violated in our intimacy and completely uncomfortable.
Experience that I would never do again and that I strongly advise against anyone.

Loved the room and all of the amenities. I especially loved the hot tub in the room. Would highly recommend the property and would happily stay there again!

I would like a refund we were given two different addresses which led to further confusion. After 45 minutes of walking in circles attempting to find it we could not find the hotel due to a lack of communication. This was incredibly frustrating and led us to be forced to pay for an uber and book another hotel. This hotel was non refundable so I ended up wasting money because of incompetence from the owner.

Was a little weird, as if someone bought an apartment room and made it into a bed in breakfast. Location very hard to find but luckily the neighbours were helpful. The room was large but didn’t get the hot tub as advertised which was upsetting. Only saw someone once. Never got the breakfast as there was none found and instructions were vague.
