Welcoming and super helpful staff
InternoRoma is a charming oasis of peace and comfort located in the vibrant heart of Rome, just a mile away from Termini station. It is the perfect place for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Rome's rich history. The Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, and even the Vatican City are within a 25-30 minute bus ride.
The room was delightful, spotless, and inviting, providing a cozy hideaway after exploring Rome's historical treasures.
The staff at InternoRoma were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their genuine warmth made me feel like a welcome guest rather than just another tourist. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome.

Good morning,
We made a reservation at this hotel for 3 nights. Unfortunately, my daughter will undergo an operation, I am obliged to cancel this reservation. I've warned the hotel over a month before but they haven't wanted to know anything and refuse to even make a credit. It's really outrageous. This is the first time I've seen this, working for a big hotel chain. This hotel seems to deal with the financial aspect to the satisfaction of its guests. I'm sure I won't be rebooking at this hotel. Even large chain hotels are more sympathetic and humane than employees of this hotel.
If I could have put zero stars, I would have.
If you are looking for people who are a little interested in their guests, I do not recommend this hotel. Run away!

Clean but far away and decide to open your windows all day because yes
The hotel is very clean, the room very well equipped and the cleaning girl we found very nice. The rest all bad, the neighborhood is not too far away but at night it is scary. A mess to do the chek in since there is never anyone in reception (they tell you that from 8 to 11) but we in the three days we have only met the cleaning girl (I recommend that as I did you take care of a couple of days before writing to the hotel and know what steps to take because they do not care and if you get there and there is no one, which there will not be, namely). To continue, it has coincided that I have been there for three days with fever and had the heating on (because I have gone out which allowed me to be well and returned freezing cold), because in the morning we left and when we came back after eating we had made the room and it is seen that they found it too hot for their taste and had the windows open and the heating in cold mode, when we arrived it seemed like an igloo which clearly did not suit me well for my flu that I had enough with me catching there. To finish on Friday and Saturday we couldn’t catch an eye because you can see that there is a techno disco or a noisy neighbor nearby or I don’t know but from 11 at night until 4 in the morning at least while still sounding techno at full volume.

Not recommended place
When we arrived they gave us different room from the one we've booked and payed, instead of one double and one single bed....er got just one double bed. When I asked why: they said that this is because they decided that we are two people so we don't need two beds. In that case we were 2 co-workers not a couple.... We had to sleep together. They also refused to return the money difference for the type of the smaller room.
The spa tub wasn't working, not even the hairdryer ( they had second one on the wall very small one which was blowing very little air not enough to dry our hair) , the coffee machine wasn't in good shape too. When I asked for the payment invoice they refused to give me one !
So my expenses on accomodation cannot be added to my business trip . I wouldn't recommend the location neither, it is dirty and not safe especially in nighttime ( something like Chinatown) . The building is old with internal view windows. The only good thing in that apartment was the cleaning lady . Very kind and helpful person. I don't recommend that place .

Perfect
Incredible room very comfortable clean, the toilet clean and comfortable Check in was quick the service was excellent that and we wanted our responders fast The view was not nice, the center was walking distance in 10 minutes you were Colosaioum. I Recommend it!
