lost in translation and terrible service
This is going to be a long one so grab your popcorn pablo(you know who you are)!!!
Staff could speak ️ barely any English and didnt know what a dust pan and brush was which exemplifies the lack of cleanliness, hygiene and knowledge This is severely unhelpful and rude as in the 21st century it is not acceptable and vital for employees to be aware of cultures and customer's standards. There was not a variety of breakfast options, solely because the only option was pure sugar, suggesting a controlling staff, segregating us from the outside world who are fully exposed to all food groups. furthermore i am diabetic so you're forcing me to choose between high blood sugar or starvation which both lead to death so now I understand the morals of this hotel.☠️⚰️️⚕️
additionally, there was substantial seating , forcing us to have to share (i'll put a picture ️of that underneath.) ⬇️⤵️ I am dissapointed.
the last problem which is definately not the smallest , is the size of the room which was severely substantial. before going i saw a review suggesting the shower was tiny but i didn't beleive it. oh i wish i did because it was so small i couldn't wash my hair ♀️comfortably without bumping my elbows . are you encouraging discomfort and uncommon weight expectations? additionally the bed was so small my feet were basically falling off the edge. I assure you i have let know all my friends and family and even strangers of the disaster and atrocities your hotel is providing. AND THEY KNOW. EVERYONE KNOWS. 3 star??? ⭐ More like take away 2!! ⭐

Terrible
The electrical system was terrible; only one outlet worked in the entire room, if it can even be called that. The showerhead was almost completely blocked. The plaster was falling apart, and the parking... Be fortunate if you find it; I searched to find the one I had paid for that was kept safe, but in the end, I gave up. Best wishes to the next unfortunate guests.

Purtroppo, essendo arrivata la Sua recensione senza nome e cognome visibili, non riesco a risalire alla camera che ha occupato.
Le rispondo per quello che posso : in ogni camera e nel bagno ci sono diverse prese e ounti luce, non so dove ne abbia vosto solo 1.
Il parcheggio,come descitto tra le informazioni sulla nostra pagina, è o gratuito per strada oppure a pagamento presso un garage convenzionato ubicato a 3 minuti a piedi dal nostro hotel.

BAD EXPERIENCE
The overnight stay was to forget, from hygiene to the unfriendliness of the staff. also expected a much richer and quality breakfast, I would not recommend the structure.

mi spiace per la Sua recensione negativa, ma avrei gradito ricevere queste lamentele in loco in modo da poter verificare ed eventualemnte intervenire.
Tutte le camere ogni giorno, dopo essere pulite vengono ricontrollate dala governante prima di essere assegnate ai clienti, lo staff lavora con noi da molti anni in tutti i reparti e riceviamo continui complimenti da parte degli ospiti sia in loco che sulle valutazioni e cio' lo puo' verificare sia su questo sito che su altri.
La colazione per quantità e qualità per un hotel a 3 stelle è molto buona ed anche a tal proposito puo' leggere molte valutazioni positive.

Buenos días.
Tras leer su reseña, lamento su comentario negativo.
Su grupo fue muy problemático desde la reserva, ya que constantemente hacían peticiones, lo que a menudo evidenciaba una mala organización del viaje por parte de la escuela.
En el hotel, tuvimos muchos problemas con ustedes y los profesores, quienes demostraron ser demasiado ansiosos e incapaces de gestionar estudiantes en un hotel, llegando incluso a causar problemas con otros grupos. Tanto yo como todo el personal de todos los departamentos les brindamos la máxima asistencia, desde su llegada hasta su partida, tanto de día como de noche, pero reitero que su grupo fue problemático, con estudiantes maleducados y profesores incapaces de gestionarlos.

Chilling.
Bad reception. A colleague and I arrived for work and four transactions were required to pay for breakfast and tourist tax. Only afterwards were we told that only two transactions could be made: one for taxes and one for breakfast.
We were given the room sheets without any explanation: no indication of breakfast times or where to go. I had to ask for all the information.
Elevator in poor condition, dirty with manatees and with cracks full of dirt. Arrived in the room we found the stained bedspread and bathroom plumbing visibly dirty.
Poor quality breakfast: all mediocre or poor, except for the whole milk, which was fresh.
At check-out we were not even asked how the stay had gone. If there was any interest, maybe I wouldn't be here to write this review.

il discorso delle transazioni diverse è perchè la tassa di soggiorno viene pagata con un pos di un istituto bancario e tutto il resto col pos di altra banca. L'addetto alla reception ve lo ha spiegato ,cosi' come l'uso delle chiavi.L'ascensore è stato sanificato e per quanto riguarda il copriletto me ne scuso, ma non risulta che ne abbiate chiesto uno in cambio.
Non corcordo sulla colazione; infatti la colazione che offriamo è per un hotel a 3 stell molto buona sia come qualità che come quantità, glielo assicuro. A proposito, si puo' leggere molte recensioni positive sulla colazione sia su questo sito che su altri siti.
