HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY FROM IT

Unfortunately I stay 1 night in this hotel where you have to remember the numeric codes by heart to enter ; and you accidentally forget them sleep in the parking lot.
They asked me 2 times to pay when everything had been credited , yes even after confirmation at check in and excuses STILL at check out they requested them.
Tiny scruffy rooms full of signs
Breakfast is a SCAM, rude lady, orange POWDER REALLY OBSCENE, STAY AWAY a really bad place!
Notes : around the world x work .
X make you understand how much they are scams: under my NEGATIVE review in Google they replied "if we suck so much why did you stay 7 nights then?
I stayed 1 night in my life ..... WRITE IT TO ME HERE TOO THAT I WILL BLOW YOUR BOOKING IN THE FACE .

I always try and stay positive, but we awoke to an ant infestation with ants crawling on us. We stripped the beds to see where they were coming from and found urine coloured stains on mattresses. Manager would not work with Hotels.com to get our money back for next night we paid for and could never stay at. Please avoid until this property puts clients first. Waiting to see if Hotels.com will protect our interests.
Will update if resolutions are made.

Perfect mid trip overnight stop driving from Florence to Naples. Self serve laundromat only 1 km away - clean clothes for the rest of our crazy road trip! Arrived late after desk closed, but clear instructions were left at the friendly tavern / coffee shop right next door (I think a business partner maybe?). Limited parking but we felt safe.
