The staff are exceptional!! So nice and very helpful!
Room was comfy and clean. Took a minute to figure out the shower but once I did it was all good.
Close walk to everything, especially the bus routes!
Would absolutely stay here again!

Do not go, would not recommend!!
We were extremely disappointed with our stay and the level of service we received.
Prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel via the online chat to request a gluten-free breakfast. At no point was it explained what this would consist of, despite us paying an additional charge for breakfast. When we raised our concerns with reception, we were told that we should have checked the hotel’s website. However, we were unable to locate any website containing this information. We were then told that it was “common sense,” which we found to be dismissive and unprofessional.
In addition, we experienced a complete loss of electricity for over five hours during our stay, and the electricity was also on and off the following day. Even when the electricity was back, there was still no air conditioning throughout the night. Given the extremely hot temperatures, the room became unbearably hot and uncomfortable, and as a result, we were unable to sleep properly. This significantly affected our stay and our enjoyment of the trip.
As there was no air conditioning, I contacted the hotel’s online chat service to request a fan. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever.
When we raised these issues with reception upon checking out, the staff appeared uninterested and showed little concern regarding our experience. Their attitude came across as rude and lacking in customer care, which only added to our disappointment.
Overall, we feel that the standard of communication, customer service, and handling of guest concerns fell well below expectations. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience of future guests.

The hotel us in a very good central position and the staff is very friendly and nice, the room was clean. The only downside is the state of the rooms, they clearly need some renovation, it seems it was never renewed from when it opened. The breakfast is ok, they had pastries, cakes, bread, salami and ham, yoghurt. I wouldn't describe it as a very good continental breakfast, but it worked for a couple of days. Lots of foods were already pre-packed, no warm options, for example eggs or bacon and you can only get a max of 2 warm drinks per breakfast.
Again, ok experience, not the best, not the worse.

Hotel was very nice and service was friendly! Location was excellent but unfortunately the breakfast was quite dissapointment :(

The bathroom was old and not clean. Everything else was alright. The location is very good.
