Made accommodations for us, always welcomed when we came and left . Has an elevator, supermarket across the street, many yummy restaurants around the corner and an Amazing huge gelato place crossing the street down the road/ we had originally walked from Roma Termini was. Easy enough heavy traffic , and will need to lift luggage a couple places

This is a very basic three- star hotel. Very clean and welcoming. My room had a lovely balcony. It’s very handy to the train station and not a bad distance to the sights if it hadn’t been so hot. I recommend it with the proviso that there is nothing fancy about the place.

We are just back from a 5 night stay. The hotel is in a good location, we were able to walk to the Coliseum in 25 minutes, and the Spanish Steps in 35 minutes. It is also close to several Metro stations, and there are plenty of mid-range restaurants within 200m. There is also a good supermarket across the road. The reception staff were always welcoming, and there was a delightful hand-written note and some very tasty biscuits in our room when we arrived. The room was simple and spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable for us. The area is busy, but the double-glazing was superb in terms of cancelling out the noise at night. We slept brilliantly! We booked on a room only basis so cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast. We would definitely book here again, we found it an excellent combination of location and price. It is a relatively small hotel, and has no fancy amenities, but suited us as we wanted just such a base to explore Rome. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so wonderful!

Great combination of location, cleanliness and price

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!
We stayed with a tour group of 16 people. The lady who received us (and who is in the day) treated us with very bad manners, ill will and with zero willingness to take good care of us. With an angry face, speaking abruptly, he never spoke to us in Spanish, although several languages appear on his page, including Spanish, he did not let us pay the hotel tax to each passenger separately but only 1 will pay for the 2, he also did not receive cash, only card, when asked why you can not, he answered "cannot be" and looked away without giving any explanation. He gave us only 1 card per room, which conditioned our independence in the activities we wanted to do. And to top it off, when he told us the breakfast schedule, he adds that there are only sweet things, nothing salty! We couldn't believe it...but there's more...the icing on the cake, in the morning when I went to shower there was no hot water coming out! They told them that the water had to be allowed to run for a while, which obviously I had already tried, so I had to shower with ice water. When I was about to go down to the reception, they warned that "now there is" hot water and indeed it was, but my roommate and I had already showered with ice water.
I'm leaving with great disappointment from this hotel. I would never come back or recommend it to anyone. It's by far the worst place I've stayed in my entire life.
Moreover, the neighborhood that they promote as 'old', is in very bad condition, the buildings full of graffiti, deteriorated, without any maintenance, the streets dirty and is not at all close to the main attractions of Rome. An Uber from The Altar of the Fatherland cost us about 28 euros.

I'm leaving with great disappointment from this hotel. I would never come back or recommend it to anyone. It's by far the worst place I've stayed in my entire life.
Moreover, the neighborhood that they promote as 'old', is in very bad condition, the buildings full of graffiti, deteriorated, without any maintenance, the streets dirty and is not at all close to the main attractions of Rome. An Uber from The Altar of the Fatherland cost us about 28 euros.
