The property is well located to walk from Termini train station to the hotel and from the hotel to Fontana di Trevi.
Our room was ok, and the AC unit was very noisy but it does the job.
Breakfast was simple but enough.
Overall experience was great.

Hotel is good overall, room was clean, location is great a few meters from Via Nazionale, close to the Opera house and the Termini.
Breakfast was poor, expected more for the price. No toaster nor fresh fruit.
You are paying for the location which is excellent.

Antiques or old age?

When we arrived in room no. 10 the beds did not have blankets, but only sheets (end of November). A sheet was stained, I asked to change it and they gave me 2 VERY yellowed. I made my bed. The furniture is old, the bathroom door frame was significantly swollen due to past leakage of water. The bathroom was decent, but to the left of the bidet there is a cabinet that prevents you from using the bidet in the normal position!
We arrived on Thursday afternoon. When we returned on Saturday evening we found the window of the room still open (I am used, before going out, to change the air) and the beds not made. The heating, consisting of 1 split, took all night to get the room to a temperature of 21 °. Are the other rooms like the ones in the photos? The reception and bar employees were very kind and cooperative with our requests to change pillowcases and sheets. I would not recommend it.

Positive stay

Contrary to the reviews, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Some rooms are newer than others but all still equipped with the necessary facilities. Clean and fluffy towels changed daily. Excellent croissants for breakfast. Also the partner restaurant was very good and with a really friendly and helpful staff. Home cooking and generous portions. The location of the structure is convenient to the center and the metro stop.
