This is a good hotel. The highest remarks go to the staff, always helpful and polite. The hotel has a great location - close to Termini train station, not far from the Reppublica metro station. They offer a fine breakfast with a several kinds of coffee, lattes and other stuff. Really recommend this hotel if you’re looking for location and practicality. Five stars to Bob that checked us in and out.

Location is terrific. Elevator was broken so had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs, staff only present at initial check in then never saw them again even though it was within the hours they were supposed to be there. No AC in room. Noisy bar below. Unsure what to do for check out. Overall I'm glad we only stayed one night.

Clean room, great staff. They allowed us to check on early. Only issue was other guests were very loud from midnight to 2am- partying in the hallway. There is no staff at night, and I believe this noise could have been stopped if staff were around to prevent it.

The lift was not working and I had to use the stairs carrying heavy suitcases all the way to the 4th floor. Terrible. I have back pain now and my vacation is ruined.

The elevator was not working so it was very difficult to get suitcases up and down many flights of stairs. Also difficult when coming and going. When reading previous reviews it seemed that it was temporary, however months later the same issue. Honesty is best policy. If the elevator never works just say so. A friend is going to stay there soon, so will see if the issue has been resolved.
