Lousy.

This hotel has not been treated correctly. They made us pay 120 euros for allegedly breaking a thermostat in a bathroom that was old and dirty. In the old wing the rooms smell bad, very dirty chair covers, old and old furniture. The bus driver has told us that this type of incident is very common in this hotel. They threatened to call carabinieri, and they didn't want to provide us with the claim sheet. Don't go. Not recommended.

Very kind staff, but the room was not adequate for the cost.

Extremely kind staff, but the room was small and the furnishings left much to be desired. The bathroom was redone, but the shower had difficulty closing. The price was exorbitant compared to the room; they rely on a convenient location and the general flow of the city.

Too much noise and poor breakfast

Hotel is in a great location, it is clean and the staff friendly.
The breakfast is really poor and the building where the rooms are located is very noisy.

DON'T COME.

Don’t come, I came on a trip with the high school and in my room the air conditioning came on alone, the bathroom flooded when using the bathtub, and the room smelled bad. Also when we were leaving we were blamed for breaking a piece that we did not break and forced us to pay €120. When we complained about this the reception woman treated us badly both students and teachers and did not want to give us the claim sheet, which is illegal. To top it all off, my review and that of my Google Maps colleagues have been deleted, so I upload it again here. Painful.
