A guarantee
I frequent this hotel often for work and under the new management it has become a really good structure. It is well connected, perfect for travel, and has very competitive prices. Well-kept environment, professional staff: it has become my point of reference when I am in the area.

Cheap and convenient
I stayed for two nights in a double room.
The hotel is dated and would need renovation or refreshment. It's still pretty clean everywhere. Elevator present.
Wifi present
CAMERA
Spacious room, great lighting, comfortable mattress, clean sheets, no noise. There is a locker but it has no shelves but only hangers and the socket was far from the bed (behind the tv. Recommended an extension ).
BAGNO
Spacious, there is bidet and shower with curtain, water jet ok, toiletries, large and small towels, wall dryer. Missing hangers
SERVICES
Breakfast included but not buffet style.
Very good croissants, jams, butter, rusks, juice, cap and coffee. I've seen foreigners eat ham so I think there's something salty about it.
We were always offered a bottle of water to take away.
POSITION
15 min walk from the metro Cornelia. Present bus stops, however, I did not use it. The hotel is located in a closed street, I point out that if you are by car there is no private parking.
Area with various restaurants, pubs and petrol stations. Very safe as there is police station and Carabinieri academy.
STAFF
Kindness is the hallmark of this hotel and repays you for small flaws or shortcomings. All extremely cute, ready to give you info and have a chat. The staff always offered us coffee or a bottle of water when they saw us.
In conclusion I found myself fine, if you are looking for too much comfort, a modern hotel or one in the extreme center obviously is not for you. For the price paid this hotel is more than valid.

A nightmare
You can not call Hotel practically an old building transformed into a phantom hotel .. we leave with all the defects old structure with small elevator of those ancient buildings where you have to open the door by hand and close it .. dilapidated room with lighting type cemetery luminum .. take non-existent the only one of the tv that you have to unplug ... so or tv or recharge phone .. TV antenna of those portable that practically serves no purpose because the TV does not see .. beds and cabinets from the Middle Ages with sheets and towels badly smelling .. walk-in shower wall without door and shower that barely works ... bathroom window that does not open instead the window of the balcony is free of curtains and especially mosquito nets .. at night and in the afternoon hours there are many noises caused by other guests ... in the bathroom there is barely a bar of soap and toilet paper is missing the bidet .... to park the car do not put it in the street of the hotel even if it is approached to the wall of enclosures ... there are the inhabitants who do the damage ... hope to find parking in the opposite avenue of Via Aurelia very difficult to park.... hotel does not offer free breakfast you have to go to the restaurant bar near the same property but breakfast you pay ... I tried coffee is absolutely not good I dare imagine the croissants and more. Never again will I return from staying absolutely away.

Nightmare hotel
I stayed in the worst hotel I've ever been to. Small room, furnished in a spartan way to say the least, shower not working, dirty, smelly linen, uncomfortable bed, terrible lighting. Terrifying place, absolutely not recommended
