The location of this place is perfect! It's centrally located in between landmarks on a busy street with shopping options, but was so quiet. The bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was helpful with 3 of us.
Alessandra was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, even bringing us additional towels, and things were communicated well during check-in and for the entirety of our trip. Thank you for your kindness!
I would definitely stay here again if i come back to Rome. Also, if you get a chance, check out Fatamorgana in Croce gelato shop nearby. We tried several places, but kept going back to that one.

The room has a lot of potential but isn’t maintained properly. It’s unbearable during the heatwave as AC in one room isn’t working and the other small room doesn’t have AC. We ended up sleeping in living room but one sofa bed was broken. Also the lift doesn’t go all the way to our floor so one needs to drag heavy suitcases for one flight of stairs. But the concierge/reception is great and helpful/responsive (esp Paolo who even helped us to take suitcases up to our floor) though there isn’t much they can fix otherwise given the poor condition of the apartment. The apartment also feels very dirty generally as my daughter’s white socks are stained black walking around on the flat. The terrace and rooftop have so much potential but sadly isn’t maintained properly. This place is in need of a makeover and upkeep - it will be such a great stay if the property is properly maintained.

The apartment was completely different from the pictures. I felt completely misled. The apartment was very run down (peeling wallpaper, marks all over the walls, a creepy crawl space with trash in it behind a small door in the kitchen, etc). The AC in the bedroom did not work and my kids couldn’t feel the AC in their creepy bedroom above the kitchen so we all slept in the living room. It was terrible. The patio door lock was broken and anyone could have come in. (Plus all of the outside plants were dead and it was not inviting out there to even enjoy) The property is not well maintained and it’s obvious that the owners do not live in Italy. Again, the pictures look nothing like the actual apartment—a total bait and switch. If you are just looking to party and crash it might work for you, but if you have a family and/or just want comfort, steer clear!

Lovely two bedroom two bath apartment. Plenty of space for a whole family. Centrally located for shopping and restaurants. Close to the metro.

Ideally location for tourism and shopping - and the metro is only 5 mins walk away. Comfortable and spacious apartment (we were on the third floor) - would definitely stay here again!
