Quaint room for my Rome

Hotel was very clean and great location close to Termini train station. Also near various cafe’s, restaurants and local shops. Staff was helpful at times. They had a restaurant attached which was great if we were tired and wanted grab a quick bite. service and food was very good there. Only issues we had were the hotel room did not have any drawers and no wash cloths which maybe a European thing. Air conditioning was very cold. Paid for the breakfast my wife was not impressed. Would use facilities again

Rude and indifferent non-Italian waiting and reception staff

Unclean and shabby infrastructure with rude and indifferent non-Italian serving and reception staff. This hotel has lost its way and needs proactive management. It seems to be run by remote control and at a distance. The management at any level are uncontactable and blocked by non-Italian reception staff. On a positive note, the Italian staff are charming. The infrastructure is shabby and unclean in places but the worst aspect is the rude and indifferent non-Italian waiting and reception staff who seem to run the hotel for their own convenience. Avoid this hotel.

Great location, just a few minutes from the station, very clean but the reception staff could use some improvement. A bit expensive for what it offers.

Good location, comfortable stay.

Great location 5 minutes from the train station. Staff welcoming, rooms clean and and well equipped. No issues with air conditioning, good selection at breakfast.

A hotel well located but with room for improvement

Renovated and well located. We stayed in the junior suite. The bed is comfortable and it is equipped with a Jacuzzi. However the ground floor is practically empty, a kitchen area has empty cupboards without even a glass available. Layout elements such as hooks or a mirror are missing. The minibar is noisy and as there is no glass it is difficult to appreciate it. Despite the kitchenette no possibility to prepare tea or coffee. The lack of decoration gives a cold side to the whole. With some improvements this hotel could be much more comfortable and welcoming.
