Avoid especially to you enjoy and quiet night of sleep whilst on holiday!

Visited with my family and initially was very impressed with the apartment. However we quickly noticed there was a full scale renovation almost directly below the flat and there would be banging and drilling throughout the day starting at 8am! Also sound of broken glass collection at 6am does not make this a enjoyable stay and would certain not recommend to fellow travellers as host are "illusive" when you make a complaint!
Also WIFI was down for two days towards end of stay and owner failed to respond when we raised issue..Appaling customer service!

Luxury no. Covenient yes.

Well located basic accommodation. Definitely not ‘luxury’. Tiny bathroom, very basic kitchenette. Ours had a cheap noisy aircon and it was a small room. However was clean and it is in a nice area, restaurants and shopping nearby and well located to walk around Rome. Just make sure you understand what you’re getting. The name is somewhat misleading.

Nice apartment for nice price.

We stayed here in the first week of 2018. The host was very nice and welcoming, and she provided us with some information regarding tourist attractions and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was clean and spacious. We were impressed with the service and really enjoyed the fact that we received clean towels and bedsheets about half way through our stay.
The apartment was quiet, even though we were located in the city centre! The only point of improvement was the wifi. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. But aside from this, I would recommend this to anyone who would like to enjoy Rome and get a good night's sleep in a great apartment!

Nice location

And is good having a home place where to get a good rest after a long day walking by...
A couple of blocks away from Via del Corso, the main street at the nearby, with piazza del poppolo at one end and the Coliseum at the other;
I didn't ask for hairdryer at the begining and they didn't bring one when I asked.
The lights of the entrance didn't work at the second day and there were not reposition... Lights were poor un general.
They didn't get you a legal receipt for tour payment and there were not cable, but a poor TV chanels.
And last but no least, the shower it's really small.
