The place is right in the heart of the luxury stores , right across the 2nd Ferragamo store. There’s a small lift at the back to the 3rd floor. Both room , bathroom and staff are nice!!! will definitely come back .

Room no. 2 without WINDOWS. ok for cleaning and decor.

I state that I usually go to Rome once or twice a year and there are several facilities that I used all located in the very central area always chosen near Piazza di Spagna, both hotels and guest houses
I've never been in a room without a window before. It seems like in big cities it can happen.
In retrospect I found that the reviews of some users on specialized sites had highlighted this
A small “vasistas” on the narrow corridor of the structure meant that the room could take air from the corridor itself, a corridor that has windows overlooking an interior courtyard
We obviously do not know if it was the only room in the structure with these characteristics.... certainly not recommended for those suffering from claustrophobia or those who do not like not being able to give air to the room... it would still be better to highlight it for transparency and for those like us who have not been informed by the tour operator used.
For the rest features in line with the category of the structure, in addition to the optimal location for those who want to experience the center of ROME.
PS obviously also the bathroom has no window ...

Place is well located and safe area, very clean and host provided excellent customer service.

Very close to Spanish steps, large and comfy bed; great value. However be aware if Metro A is not working there aren’t great alternative public transport options in the area

I liked everything. It was very comfortable and very well decorated as well. Owners are very kind and responsive. They always answered our messages instantly. They also kept our bags after check-out. Thank you so much.
