Very nice and clean property, great location. A lot of the sites are reachable on foot. Good connection to public transport.

Communication was awful to none. We arranged to drop luggage a week before arrival for 9 am and on our day of arrival was told no one would meet us till 10:30 so we had to stand in the street for 1.5 hours in the heat with our luggage. Beds were comfortable but garbage was left behind each day by cleaning. Balcony did not have bistro table but filled with garbage and a large bird nest was in window with bird feces coming in window.

ABSURD

Short but interesting story for those who want to book this structure:
Bad reception, just arrived the owner did not answer the phone. Thank goodness that by pure chance the operator who works in the structure got off.
Cleanliness nonexistent. The only things clean (luckily) were towels and sheets, I attach photos.
In addition, after a day of travel, in the afternoon we decided to rest and the owner had the bright idea to enter the room, unannounced and overbearing to ask for the tourist tax (of course we had already warned that we would leave the tax in the room before our check out).
It should be noted that they indicate free parking, instead there are only two parking possibilities: parking on blue stripes (which must suit you) or a paid parking near the structure.
NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS. To be avoided absolutely.

The place isn’t what is shown on the details page . The folks who run the place pointed at hotels.com for it and hotels.com doesn’t really care or do anything about it . The couch in the unit we got has probably seen a lot of not so good times and all the staff has done is just cover it with a beach towel . The address they have specified on the listing is not the correct address and we had to take another taxi to the correct address after speaking with the staff
Hotels.com should also be held responsible for not caring that the details put up by the property managers is genuine or not . I got very poor service and an extremely hard time dealing with both sides . I immediately notified them upon checking in to the place that the listing is wrong . But instead , what I got was a one night fee if I wanted to vacate .
The only thing good is the location of this place .

The location is great.
Usually there is no staff. It is an appartment with 4-5 bedrooms. like airbnb.
minimal breatfast.
