To visit Rome in comfort
It is located on the second floor: if you have to carry your luggage on the elevator (small and dated) you go up one at a time. The assigned room spacious and clean, great bed and bathroom, shame about the view of the inner courtyard but did not pose a problem. Courteous staff, generous with information and advice.
Not punctual delivery of the keys, but we were allowed to use cmq a bathroom on our arrival.
Overall positive experience.

Very welcoming apartment
I stayed for two days with my boyfriend and what can I say, the room was taken care of down to the smallest detail, super comfortable, Paola and her boyfriend were super helpful both in terms of furnishings and luggage... if I were to return to Rome I would definitely return here!

Great location close to Termini
Don't let the exterior fool you, once up the steps into the apartment it was a different world. The communication was excellent, we were met at the door when we got there early, our room was ready before midday. friendly welcome and well stocked room.
Saying that this is a room in an old building in the centre of a busy area in Rome. Despite us seeing them cleaning all the time there was still a layer of dust everywhere and our feet were dirty after walking around the room. The room was on the front of the building facing the Main Street which was noisy. Anyone who has been to Rome knows that there are sirens all day and night and to add to the noise, when we returned at 11pm the road was being resurfaced outside !! There is little soundproofing in the rooms so they are noisy.
Despite that, the Air con worked well and the bathrooms were lovely with modern fittings and a nice rainforest shower, the beds were ok even if the pillows were rock hard. Coffee facilities were in the room and fresh towels, free toiletries and hairdryer. Wifi was also available. We had a small balcony but no seats to sit out and it was so noisy we wouldn't have anyway.
They allowed us to leave our bags at the property on the last day to allow us to walk around which was nice.
The property is up a number of flights of stairs or there is the tiniest lift from yesteryear available :) only one of us could fit in the lift with bags.
Would use them again as the room was in a great position and a great price, lovely people and comfortable.

Superb location, comfortable stay
You must call rhem 10-15 minutes before you arrive regardless of time or whether you sent an email specifying arrival time, or the door will be locked with nobody there.
Room is very clean and spacious bathroom, some closet space. Wifi in-room is bad, you must come out to hallway to use it. But I got a local sim card next day, cheap and delves all internet issues.
I will stay here again.
