Absolutely lovely.

Lovely big room with nice Renaissance style furniture.Very comfortable bed ( 2 m long ,which for us is important - my husband is 1.90 tall). Very warm inside and you can change temperature any time you want. Aristocratic area , zero noise at night time. The owner Andreas is very polite and helpful, speaks fluently English. Underground station is nearby. Breakfast is Italian style- sweet with a lot of cookies and marmalade, coffee machine and kettle in the room which are very handy. We would choose it again without any doubts. Thank you, Andreas!

B&B not to be considered

Stay mostly negative. Clean environment even if the appearance of the room does not respect that of the photos (my room was not on the site): small and dimly lit with precarious furniture. The amount paid is not worth the stay.
Also poor awakening due to uncommunicated check out time. I was woken up by the cleaning man who almost entered the room with his keys violating my privacy and ordering me to leave the room in not entirely polite tones. Owner available

DIRTY IS REDUCING

I have never stayed in such a DIRTY place.
Unfortunately we booked without giving too much weight to the reviews, the area was ideal for us and our needs so we "overlooked" it... but BELIEVE ME I NEVER thought I would find so much dirt.
The problem is that a company needs to be sent there to clean.
The fan in the bathroom, the lamps, the radiator, the window sill all full of dust (see attached photos). The refrigerator, the saucer with the waffles, the cups ALL DIRTY.
THESE THINGS HAVE NEVER BEEN WASHED.
I'm sorry but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Foto illusorie

B&b non segnalato e situato all’interno di una palazzina vecchia. La stanza abbandonata a se stessa, muri sporchi, aria condizionata rotta (in piena estate), insetti in camera, peli in bagno, asciugamani sporche e scarico della doccia intasato. Non vi sono porzioni monouso dei saponi in bagno. La colazione inclusa comprende due merendine confezionate e una cialda di caffè. Frigorifero sporco e contenente viveri di altri ospiti. Ad aprirci non è il proprietario ma un portinaio che non ha lasciato neppure una ricevuta di pagamento. Pessimo soggiorno

Lasciate perdere !!!

Ero già stato a Roma e come si dice in gergo 2 indizii fanno una prova!!!
La SOLUZIONE B&B IN CITTÀ LASCIATELA STARE....in 3gg nn abbiamo neanche conosciuto il titolare...ANDREA all'arrivo ci ha aperto un signore d chiara origine orientale che sapeva dire a malapena buon gg....provando anche a chiamare il titolare per Cell...nn rispondeva ... poi ci richiama per sapere se avevamo bisogno..e per fare i documenti ma nessuna visita...insomma un mezzo disastro
Per nn parlare della camera...vecchia è squallida il bagno poi..per farsi una doccia c sn volute 2 buone mezz'ore in quanto l'acqua scendeva a gocce dalla doccia
La colazione poi....merendine confezionate 2 succhi di frutta in brick e con 2 cialde in croce e neanche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo...insomma il B&B nn c'entra niente nn merita neanche una foto
EVITATE!!!!!
