The room was lovely, spacious and clean, well situated a 20 minute walk from the centre of Rome or a very short bus journey. The host was easy and quick to communicate over text, and check-in was very easy. Wi-Fi was quick and AC had no issues (albeit we were staying in March so there was not much need for AC). The communal area was also super clean and easy to use. Despite being on a busy street it was never too noisy and other guests were also respectful, tidy and quiet. An excellent stay overall, thank you so much!

1st: This is not an independent accommodation-its a room in an apartment. So i was living with my family in 1 of the 3 rooms in an apartment-means i was sharing an apartment with 2 other parties, which is a bit scary (even though I kept my room door locked). This information WAS NOT SHARED in the booking page otherwise I wouldn’t have opted for this.
2nd: it doesnt have a checkin counter. I was required to put in my identity/passport info over a link provided to me by a person over whatsapp (claiming to be a staff). Since I didn’t have any other option i had to provide it.
3rd: the first time entering process was based on a link on your phone. 3 buttons were shown on a website on my phone, each opening the building door, apartment door & room door - which means if your phone internet connectivity is weak, you are stuck outside. For the very 1st time while entering, i was given a wring link-then I had to get into a video call to understand the process of entering. Later on while entering the building i had to click onto the relevant button multiple times, as the process was not getting through. With cold weather outside, it was bit of a frustration.
4th: the room didn;t have functional electrical sockets which I had to switch on multiple times from the common area; no soaps were provided; the sofa bed was in a broken/sunken condition; room area was too small for a family of 3.
OVERALL: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE which we just waited to end as this was the last of our itenary.

The Internet was great. AC was hard for us to change because it was in German or some other language. Staff was nice and communicated great.

Comfortable room in a pleasant part of town. The private room is located in an apartment which has two other private rooms and a small shared kitchen space, complete with microwave, cooktop, and refrigerator. The bedroom was cozy with a comfortable bed, bathroom, and storage spaces. The location is a little outside of the main tourist area, but that made it more pleasant in our opinion. It was quieter and more relaxed. There are a few nice restaurants and bakeries very close by and a small grocery store across the street for snack runs. The host was always responsive and helpful and even allowed us to check in a little earlier than planned.

The suite had a shared kitchen with other rooms. This place doesn’t feel like a hotel at all—it’s more like renting a room.
The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and you had to wait about 15 minutes for the water to get warm. The hairdryer didn’t work properly either.
The only good things were that it was clean and located across from a nice café. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for a better place. We definitely won’t be coming back here.
