Great Location! Great Value!

Close to the Termini Train Station and easy to find, rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water, window screens, and other nice touches. Family owned and operated from their apartment on the same floor. PAM supermarket 1 km west. Owner/operator is very attentive. Room Tax extra (cash) 3-4 Euros per night additional.

Great B&B for a budget price - Bargain!

This is a bargain place to stay in Rome, near Termini and Via Veneto, the rooms are nice, spacious, clean and have air conditioning.
Very kind and helpful staff here too.
If you stay here you will still have plenty spending money left to shop, wine and dine in Rome as it is so cheap to stay here.

Perfect for someone on a budget

More than you expect for the money. Clean and spacious. The owners speak enough English. Free wireless but the room we stayed at was too far from the port. But we didn't go to Rome to check our emails :) Breakfast is simple, bread, cookies, juice and coffee. very friendly family owns the place and they are very happy to help you with everything.
we didn't have soap for the two days during our three day stay at the hotel. we couldn't ask for it as we were leaving early and coming back late. So better to remind them first.

Cheap for Rome but still overpriced

Positives - great access from train station & easy walk to main sights of Rome.
Good coffee in the morning.
Good restaurants around the hotel.
Decent sized room and clean.
Negatives - breakfast itself is packaged pastries and packaged toast, not really enough when walking around all day.
Rooms are very noisy, every time someone flushes a toilet it sounds like its in the room and there is alot of knocking, you can hear other guests talking in their rooms.
Overall none of it really matters as you are not there to hang out, you are there to see the city.

1) It is not hotel, it is a rooms in an apartment with noisy populous family!!
2) " Twin Room with Private External Bathroom " - a deceit! It is A room without a shower and a toilet. It is necessary to go to " Private External Bathroom " through a corridor, a key from it not distances, and any person in an apartment could use it (I've saw!)
3) One month prior to arrival "hotel" has blocked on my credit card cost of residing!!
4) It is very far from sights and Termini station (2 km)
