A lovely host that was very accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, spacious, included a mini frig and had a balcony. The breakfast room had an adjoining terrace with amazing views of Mt. Etna. Free street parking in front of the B&B. Great location for day trips to Taormina, Mt. Etna, and Castiglione di Sicilia. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the view of Etna from our window. Friendly welcome. No breakfast available though it should have been included, and no refund offered. No kettle in the room. Shower very small.

From the excellent views I was expecting much better. Sadly on arrival the place looks run down, parking was on the road where ever you could find a space and not ‘guaranteed’ as said in the details. I have no idea what the water park is that they also quote. The rooms were very clean, and big. but I’ve never been anywhere that felt as unwelcoming and cold. The old metal frame beds were rock hard, and the rooms had no rugs or carpet or anything soft in them to make them comfortable. The shower in our room was so tiny you had to contort yourself to get in. It leaked and didn’t have much power. We had booked three nights, but left after two and booked somewhere else. The other places we stayed in Sicily were much more welcoming and pleasant places to stay. Riposto itself is better than you would think on arrival to the hotel, just a street over and it’s a bit more open, with some nice bars and restaurants. Nearer the sea is a nice square and some nice restaurants by the front. Georgia’s bar was a nice place to spend an evening.

Disappointing

Disappointing cold and unwelcoming. On arrival I wondered what on earth I had done. Pulling up the run down streets, filled with rubbish, and the b and b had its shutters all shut- never saw the open. We went off and explored Taormina which was stunning and arrived back in the evening. The rooms are spacious and very clean but cold and unwelcoming. The old metal beds are rock hard and uncomfy. The TV tiny, and without the nice touch of other b and bs with streaming services available. The area had some nice bars and restaurants but wouldn’t recommend it as a place to stay, even though we could easily visit lots of areas from there- there are much nicer places to stay.

Very good location. Walking distance to city center. Approx 30min.drive to Taormina, Catania, Mt.Etna
