Very helpful hosts and kind advice very much, for quality price. Good food and freshly prepared, sea view is very close to free beaches. Very convenient location to move even on foot or with bicycles. Overlooking a populated street.

I was really surprised to read some negative reviews about this hotel, because they honestly do not reflect at all the reality I experienced during my stay. The Hotel Acapulco is a welcoming structure, where you can breathe a familiar and relaxed atmosphere.
The food is very good and well cooked. The only small thing to improve are the chips, which could be a little crunchier or better cared for in the preparation.
The room was clean and tidy on my arrival, but I must say that the cleaning in the following days was a bit more superficial. Nothing serious, but it is definitely something we could work on to further improve the Service. In general, however, I found myself fine.
A great strength of the hotel is Mariano: a golden person, always kind, helpful and with a smile for everyone. It really makes a difference and makes your stay even more enjoyable.

beautiful experience

Beautiful hotel, during meals bring you unlimited drinks and do not cost more. very friendly and friendly staff, especially the owner. very good and plentiful food. good breakfast buffet, while lunches are "default".

Nice location, close to the sea. Friendly owner, structure a bit 'dated but acceptable for common areas. Small but acceptable room, bathroom too small, uncomfortable, with the facilities docked between them and very little room to move. Sufficient cleanliness, certainly not good. The food unfortunately did not prove up to the task even if abundant. The first night they served pasta with seafood that was impossible: it was boiled pasta with microscopic presence of small pieces of fish... never seen a pasta like this. The savoury breakfast with cooked shoulder slices, the thin sachets with cans of tuna was very little. The menu was absent and meals were described day by night. Too bad, spending little more and with more attention they would have made a better impression. I wouldn't go back.

Molto semplice e spartano ma efficiente

Veramente spartano, ma ha offerto tutto quello che ci aspettavamo. Silenzioso e vicino al mare. Letti molto comodi e personale cortese. 3 giorni in pensione completa. Pasti veramente "base" ma completi. Pagato 2.50 di ztl ma parcheggiare in ztl è praticamente impossibile.
