Simply perfect

We stayed in the month of July at this property, 2 adults and 2 small children, and we can't wait to return....5 stars more than deserved... Spectacular welcome and professionalism from Maria Rita, who was very quick to listen and resolve any "problem". Excellent location, very close to the sea, easily reachable on foot in 2 minutes... equipped beach with shallow, crystal-clear waters, ideal for those who, like us, have small children! Perfect house for couples/families, equipped with all comforts, excellent air conditioners, comfortable beds, very useful outdoor shower, in the immediate vicinity restaurant/pizzeria, bar, and park with games for the little ones...... You couldn't ask for more... truly highly recommended....

Wonderful experience

5 stars and beyond for the wonderful hospitality and professionalism of Maria Rita and for the excellent position and location of this enchanting establishment very close to the sea!
I highly recommend it for families; the house is equipped with every comfort, and the beach is well-equipped with shallow, crystal-clear waters, ideal especially for those with young children!
We will see each other again soon!!! From the Palermitan mom of the twins!

Always at the top.

We stayed at Baia vacation homes for the June 2nd holiday. Always a warm welcome and impeccable cleanliness of the apartment. Every year is always a confirmation. The season has just begun and we will definitely return!!!!

Recommended accommodation for individual travelers

We spent 2 nights in this pleasantly beautiful environment.
Fully equipped apartment, with a great functioning kitchen.
The friendly house manager took care of our concerns professionally and very kindly
and always helped us with practical tips.
The location of the accommodation very much matched our desire to easily reach beautiful beaches, locations, and attractions.
