A small break, a great treat.

I stayed for a few days in this splendid residence, very close to the beach and very close to the few activities available in Marina Romea. The studio is full of every comfort, clean, and bright. The manager, Marco, is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite person who is very willing to meet every need. In the studio, you find everything you need for a short stay or even for a longer stay. I felt at home; I will definitely return and I will certainly recommend it.

Great experience

For a short holiday this Residence seemed an excellent choice, alternative to staying at the hotel. Marco deserves six stars out of five... attentive, helpful, kind, ready to solve any problem. Independent apartment spaces absolutely livable, a balcony overlooking the pool useful for not feeling too "closed". Only little advice.... A sofa in the living area... convertible into a bed... not vice versa (sitting on the single bed with exposed sheet is not the best).

Between sea and stove

Cozy and comfortable structure, easy to reach coming from Ravenna - proximity to the sea adequate. Thanks to Marco's prompt instructions we had no difficulty finding the keys and accessing the room.
Very large room, clear and clean. Among the criteria for choosing the structure was the presence of a kitchenette that would allow us to dabble together with the stove after an afternoon at the sea. Every expectation has been met, the small kitchenette is super stocked, the pots cover every need, dishes in large quantities and dishes, cups and containers will not limit your passion in the kitchen!
Clear check out instructions, in order to leave everything as you found it. All this always in an atmosphere of tranquility and peace, determined perhaps in part also by the low season.
If I had to think of only one room for improvement, I would say to leave along with the disposable portions of oil/salt/sugar, coffee bags... Since the mocha is there, why deprive it! :)

Perfect...

Simply perfect... very nice and well-kept apartments .. small but delicious pool ... everything really close to the sea ... in the center.
Marco the Owner always very attentive and helpful.
But 10 and praise is also for the possibility to bring your 4-legged friend without problems...

Lovely place.

Lovely hotel, great quiet location. Marco on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were good. Good local food places and close to the beach, bus stops etc. Pool was closed but I guess because it was late season although it was still 23 degrees so would have been nice.
