Unspoiled Sardinia.
I think it is important to emphasize that the property is located in a particular part of Sardinia, where the hand of man has not yet managed to do damage.
Do not be impressed upon arrival by the terrible entrance, because the best part (very beautiful) is the seafront. Hotel overlooking the sea, with breakfast room, restaurant, and aperitif area right on the beach, with reserved umbrellas.
We stayed in one of the suites on the top floor, certainly with ample room for improvement in the details, but with a spectacular view of the sea.
Good breakfast, excellent restaurant cuisine, and very kind staff.
Strengths are the restaurant led by Massimo and Luca, who are kind and prepared with high-level service, waiting for the sunset (fantastic) while having an aperitif served by Bruno with the feeling of being in Formentera. Location without special effects, but if you want a splendid sea and tranquility, this is the right place. Very good value for Sardinia/Price. Thanks to everyone.

Pros: the location on the beach
Kind and helpful staff
Cons: the price is too high for an average hotel. Varied breakfast but with packaged croissants, homemade cakes but not daily, bread not from the day but also from the day before.
Lack of a bath kit in the room. I would recommend at least some intimate soap.

do your math well. It is not worth the cost, even though the view is beautiful.
The price is that of a 4-star superior, the quality of the hotel service is not that of a hotel, nor of a guesthouse. $320 per night for a birthday gift, balance requested in advance at check-in, and unfortunately I realized that perhaps it was not a coincidence. NEVER happened that I had to pay 4 nights in advance. Never. The air conditioning did not work and it was terrible. Not because of the breakdown itself, which can happen, but because we were the only ones on the floor to suffer from it. No apology, in fact our word was doubted. We were not offered a discount, nor a fan, nor any water. I stayed for 4 nights, two of which were in a living hell. I don't think I will recommend it, and I don't think I will return. Terrible experience due to the receptionist's attitude.

ci dispiace leggere che il ricordo del suo soggiorno sia rimasto così negativo.
Comprendiamo il disappunto causato dal malfunzionamento del climatizzatore. Un guasto tecnico può verificarsi anche in una struttura ben mantenuta e siamo sinceramente spiacenti che abbia inciso su una parte della sua permanenza.
Desideriamo tuttavia precisare che il pagamento al check-in rappresenta una normale procedura adottata da moltissime strutture ricettive, indipendentemente dalla loro categoria, e non è in alcun modo collegato all'eventuale insorgenza di problematiche durante il soggiorno.
Per quanto riguarda il climatizzatore, il nostro personale è intervenuto ogni volta che è stato richiesto. Le verifiche effettuate lasciavano ritenere che il funzionamento fosse stato ripristinato; se il problema si è successivamente ripresentato, comprendiamo il disagio che questo le ha causato.
Ci dispiace soprattutto che abbia percepito una mancanza di ascolto da parte del nostro staff. L'obiettivo del nostro personale è sempre quello di assistere gli ospiti con professionalità e disponibilità, anche quando si verificano inconvenienti tecnici.
Le osservazioni ricevute sono state prese in considerazione e ci consentono di migliorare ulteriormente il nostro servizio.

Staying here was so relaxing. The staff were amazing, the food was quite delicious, the ambience was great. It was so nice to just wake up in the morning and walk down the stairs to the beach. I had the only single room in place, which was sort of like a dorm room, but all I really needed. Overall, I would totally recommend this place.

But how much it costs me.......
Strategic position on the sea (even if the beach is not the best) is the strong point of the hotel. The hotel has been revisited in furniture but still retains dated elements (floors and air conditioners). Although it boasts a prime location the value for money is not fair. In fact, there is no parking (access to the hotel via a dirt road so it was impossible to tow suitcases). The entrance was also busy with vans unloading goods. Upon arrival we are asked what kind of breakfast we would like to have the next morning and that we had to say it immediately (breakfast buffet 12 euros per person or free at the bar). Not knowing how much appetite we could have the next day we decided for normal breakfast (note the cappuccino 3 euros). At the same time we are asked if we wanted to use the Beach Service (having arrived in the early afternoon we are asked for 20 euros). Considering that we had to stay at the beach a few hours we decline the offer. Then there are some spontaneous considerations. The hotel is a 3 star but due to the location it charges prices from 4. If we add beach Service and breakfast (which in 4-star hotels with pool is included) comes out a figure that would abundantly allow you to stay in a 4-star superior.
