cute town with castle, a gem!!
new and spotless rooms, bathroom products, hairdryer, small balcony and a top breakfast.
Very kind and helpful owner.
Impeccable staff!
Too bad only for one night!!

Central location but rather noisy and little attention to customer
We stayed in this small hotel in Posada from 24 July to 1 August, we had actually booked until 2 August but for serious reasons we had to bring forward the departure of a day, but we go in order, the hotel is owned by Mr. Piero and Alice also owners of the tobacco bar below, the small and cramped room was equipped with a bathroom without a window from whose drain came out bad smell, the fridge did not cool well which considering the hot season is really uncomfortable, we reported it but they answered that the times to fix it
or change it would be too long, the bed had the
Mattress with springs that came out and hurt the back, we reported it and after a few days the waitress put a top on it, positive note the sweet and savory breakfast served by the kind and smiling Veronica who served us delicious homemade cakes. The experience would also have been satisfying if it had not been for the fact that when we communicated the unexpected for which we had to anticipate the departure to Alice she without hesitation charged us the same on the night of August 1 even if we did not actually use it ... this is extremely incorrect I understand that I created an inconvenience for the early departure and I would have liked to pay a small penalty but certainly I did not expect to have to pay the full amount of one night that we did not use ... obviously they did not gain customers but the impression was that they did not keep us very certain of finding many others given the seaside resort where they are and this is a bit sad because it means not having interest in customers returning to stay at their facility, shame !

Salve Barbara, sapevamo che si sarebbe impegnata tanto ad inventare bugie, d'altronde dal primo minuto che avete messo piede nella nostra struttura siete stati fuori luogo e maleducati, prendendovi una confidenza esagerata. Ma facciamo un pò di chiarezza, i nostri materassi non sono a molla e ogni singolo letto ha il topper da 5cm, la vostra stanza è tra le più spaziose che abbiamo con tanto di doccia walk in e sistema di areazione, per quanto riguarda il conto invece, vorrei solo ricordarvi che non siete a casa vostra e non ci conosciamo, quindi se permette non sono obbligata a fare nessuno sconto, avete avvisato un giorno prima e avete lasciato la camera il 01/08 alle 12:30/ 13:00. rendendoci quindi impossibile poterla rivendere per tale giorno. Avete fatto bullismo ai nostri dipendenti ogni giorno deridendo e facendo domande inopportune, vorrei anche ricordarvi dei 8 panini che avete preso, senza pagare, per mangiarveli in nave il giorno della partenza. Perché a gente come voi tutto è dovuto. non vi permetto di offenderci dicendo che non teniamo alla nostra attività, basta vedere questo profilo e notare che l'unica recensione balorda è la vostra, In fine vorrei solo dire che siamo felici di avervi perso come clienti, a mai più rivederci Alice.

Holiday in Posada
On holiday in the week of August, clean and quiet facility, very comfortable room, excellent location for visiting the beaches. But the strong points were the kindness and courtesy of the owners, the goodness of the breakfast also thanks to Veronica's cakes. Thanks again for everything for the lovely holiday, we would have liked to spend a few more days with you...maybe next time

Consigliatissimo
Fatto una settimana in questo hotel......lo consiglio perché ha parcheggio privato.....Alice e Piero i proprietari molto disponibili alle nostre esigenze.......stanze pulitissime.....e per concludere ciliegina sulla torta...la mitica VERONICA che ci preparava delle ottimissime torte e un buffet molto vasto.....anche lei molto attenta alle nostre esigenze......complimenti

Hotel super consigliato
Hotel consigliatissimo!!!! Posizione ottima e possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e cosa molto importante PULITISSIME!!
I titolari sono molto disponibili e gentili, una menzione particolare per VERONICA che al mattino prepara delle torte sublimi ed è sempre pronta ad aiutare gli ospiti dell’hotel.
Colazione a buffet SUPER!!!
