Great views in a central location

This place came recommended by a relative living in the town of pizzo. The location was centralized and easy to get around to other places from. The views of the ocean from the rooms are outstanding. Rooms are large, super clean. There is a centralized kitchen With snacks and beverages. host was super helpful. Parking spot available- a big factor in Pizzo where parking can be problematic. Great stay!

Nightmarish overnight stay

Really bad overnight stay for our family (two adults and a small child). The room was poorly cleaned, with the bathroom in far from neat condition. The non-existent soundproofing: the noise of motorcycles and passing cars really gave the feeling of sleeping in the middle of the road. As if that wasn't enough, the room was right in front of the hallway and kitchen, which made night rest impossible. Rude tenants moved chairs and chatted loudly into the night, disturbing continuously.
In the morning, in addition to having to endure fatigue from the ruined night, we found an embarrassing breakfast: no fresh products such as cakes, croissants or croissants. Only products packaged, closed and sealed by discount stores. In the fridge there were juices already opened for who knows how many days, clearly used by other guests. The fridge itself was dirty and the kitchen in a mess, to the point that we preferred to go out and have breakfast elsewhere, thus adding further expenses.
When we told the manager everything, the answer was baffling: no understanding, no “I’m sorry”, just a cold “nobody ever complained” and the demand for cash payment. An unprofessional attitude that left us really bitter. In other regions, such as Lazio or Sicily, similar situations would have been handled seriously, perhaps with a refund or at least with a minimum of customer attention.
The only positive note remains the beautiful sea view and proximity to the center. Indoor parking is available, but costs €12 per day.
Overall, experience to forget. We will not return and would not recommend it to anyone.

Charming

We stayed in four just one night in this amazing property. Clean and tidy rooms, absolute silence, rich and varied breakfast but above all a view of the sea that takes your breath away! Recommended for everyone both for those passing through or for those who want to relax for several days. Simply spectacular.

Comfortable location in a charming building

Great location, very close to the center, with car parking that in Pizzo is essential. Room very clean and cared for although simple.
Host very kind and helpful for any doubt or clarification. The only flaw: the rooms on the street are a bit noisy but thanks to the air conditioning you can keep the windows closed.

Piacevole scoperta di Pizzo

Struttura posizionata all'entrata del borgo marinaro di Pizzo. Dotata di un parcheggio privato molto utile visto la difficoltà nello spostarsi con la macchina. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro o con qualche minuto in più la zona del lungomare dove si trovano ristoranti e pizzerie. La struttura si presenta molto pulita, di recente ristrutturazione e con una scelta di arredamenti piacevoli e utili, con una cucina in comune e annessa terrazza panoramica dove si ammirano tramonti mozzafiato. La nostra stanza era molto grande con balconcino privato affacciato sul mare. Utile anche il check in in autonomia ma sempre accompagnato dalla piena disponibilità del proprietario pur non incontrandocci di persona. Struttura sicuramente consigliata
