Nice hotel, great location very close to the train station. Nice breakfast and comfortable room with air con. Helpful and friendly staff

A great location with lovely helpful people

This hotel is in a great location a 5 minute walk from the train station and around a 40 minute flat walk to the Leaning Tower and other landmarks.
The couple that run it are very friendly and helped us dry out our trainers and gave advice on how to get to the tower and also on restaurants.
Yes the hotel might be dated but look at where you are and how much you are paying and marry the two things up.
We will definitely stay again as we have loved the location and the people have been great.
Off to Florence next and can only hope we are as fortunate there.

Don’t stay here

This was a dreadful experience. I cane with my grandson who is 10 and had to leave early on the morning so asked for help to organise a taxi to airport. Sandro the owner ended up shouting at me saying there are no taxis that early and I could walk , seeing as it is pitch black and I had a child with me I did not want to do that . Apart from that the room was very hot, dirty and up three flights with no lifts .
The lights in the upstairs part of the staircase was not working so I had to use my phone to walk down . Very poor experience and was glad to leave . Our room was very noisy with the train station, cars all night long .

lovely little hotel 500m from train or 1k from airport

lovely little family run hotel 500m from the station.
rooms were good sized and spotless. showers were great, everything in our room was in working order.
breakfast was ample with a delicious cappuccino a selection of yoghurts, patstries and toast.
staff were very helpful and directed us for a couple of things we needed.
we also stored bike boxes here at a small additional cost which was really helpful for us. I would definitely recommend this place and or stay here again myself.
my only negative was the noise from the trains but that was nothing that earplugs didn't resolve.

Great experience

Small and friendly hotel, very nice and helpful staff I recommend it.
We had a very good time, very good breakfast. Cool and clean room
