Scent of wood

Beautiful B&B along the road to Col Fauniera, a few km from Demonte. Needless to say, the rather narrow way up offers spectacular scenery. Arrived at the chalet we were greeted in a perfect way. The room, double with a third bed on a mezzanine, was beautiful, well furnished, modern and rustina at the same time, and with a pleasant wooden scent. Exemplary cleanliness, cozy and clean bathroom, very comfortable bed. Obviously all around there is only nature, and therefore silence and scents. Experience that I highly recommend.

A Chalet to discover the Val Stura

A truly fulfilling stay. The apartment on the ground floor seems literally carved into the wood and creates a warm and welcoming environment that makes you fully enjoy the taste of the mountain chalet. The Welcoming and kindness of Federica and Silverio were an added value to this beautiful experience that we hope to repeat in the future.

cheap place, lends itself well to any need. You don't have to be too picky, some insects in your room will have to kick it out!

A spell, too bad to wake up.

We stayed for three nights at the Chalet in the upstairs apartment with kitchen and attic. The chalet is in the woods and the managers Federica and Silverio are two elves! Seriously: they are smiling, kind, attentive to the needs of customers. Absolute peace reigns, although now, even the wifi has a great connection (I read reviews from customers who complained about slow and poor performing internet). Accommodation is as clean as linen, including towels. Added value is the presence of Sullivan the furry family. Excellent opportunity to dine at Lou Stau in Borgata Trinità km.1.5.

We ran away.

One night was enough, the morning after we arrived we escaped. The room is very damp, pervaded by the smell of unbearable damp. Wet everything, the bed, the pillows, the clothes we wore the next morning. Sorry for the owners, kind on our arrival but not available to refund the night not enjoyed (refund requested through the well-known platform with which we had booked but also at large). They offered us another overnight stay in the apartment above! but they take us for a ride??? Shame on you!

Siamo molto dispiaciuti per il tono del suo commento, ma a vergognarsi dovrebbe essere lei, considerando che ha deciso di partire con una scusa infondata. Ha affermato la presenza di insetti, senza darci l’opportunità di intervenire per risolvere la situazione, e non ha mai segnalato alcun problema di umidità durante il soggiorno.Essendo in montagna, giornate più umide possono capitare, ma non comprendiamo perché non abbia accettato la nostra proposta di un cambio di stanza, che le avrebbe offerto una soluzione immediata. La sua intenzione sembra invece essere quella di denigrare la nostra struttura per cercare di evitare il pagamento della notte, nonostante i servizi ricevuti.Ci teniamo molto alla soddisfazione dei nostri ospiti e crediamo nella trasparenza e nel rispetto reciproco.
