Beautiful.

Beautiful room 614
I stayed only one night and found the floor where I stayed with my favorite colors.
The beautiful room with a small balcony with a beautiful interior panorama of Palermo
In case of my return I will try to have the availability of this room
Paid parking behind the hotel, convenient for those who have to travel like us from the port
Impeccable receptionist of the night of August 14
Had a little problem with the safe, not even time to go up to the room and the maintainer was there
Efficiency professionalism to the maximum
Deserves 5 stars not only in reviews

AVOID...

Avoid, HOTEL THAT DOES NOT HAVE THE CALIBER OF A 4-STAR. Staff service in its entirety is deplorable, disgusting meals, dilapidated room, dirty hotel, located next to apartments resembling GHETTOS, INFERNAL NOISE DAY AND NIGHT.. DANGEROUS AND DIRTY CITY..

The room was hot as the air conditioning was insufficient, it made for an unpleasant night even in moderate heat. We tried to get a fan which would’ve been helpful but they didn’t offer them. Staff was great the rooms and restrooms were nice but couldn’t be enjoyed bc of how uncomfortable we were.

Traveled with a friend of mine and stayed for one week. The breakfast options were fine, but lacking in variety and quality. The breads were stale and the eggs were always undercooked (however I know the Americans love this, so maybe an unpopular opinion). The staff were super friendly and helpful. However, we only received fresh bedsheets one time during our entire stay, and we didn’t receive new bed sheets after that. The floors in the room was covered in sand the first few days we got there, despite us not even going to the beach yet. The AC worked as we hoped for, and the overall stay was fine for a week.

Definitely NOT a 4 stars hotel

The hotel President is definitely NOT a 4 stars hotel. It is located in the front of the cruises port, at about 20 mn walk from the city center.
The lobby and reception areas are not welcoming at all. Staff is not very friendly.
Rooms are super super basic, no slippers, no amenities. Single beds are 90cm wide witch make them small. Furniture is old and outdated, walls dirty.
Dinner and Buffet breakfasts are generous but basic and does not offer much variety, not a standard of a 4 stars Hotel restaurant.
