The apartment wasn't very modern, but it was as advertised on the website. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The receptionists spoke good English, so it was easy to communicate with them. They also gave me great recommendations for places to visit and were always happy to answer my questions about the city, its culture, or anything else I wanted to know. The cleaning staff were also friendly and attentive whenever I saw them.
The location was great and made it easy to get around the city. Since it's right in the city center, you could sometimes hear ambulances and police cars late at night. That might be a bit annoying if you're a light sleeper, but it didn't bother me.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

We had a clean room ..the staff were amazing ..with air conditioning.. but we had a room in the back . the rubbish collection at midnight..was very loud .. I suggest to have a front room ..

Excellent hotel right next to the Palermo central station and 1 min walk from the Main Street of Palermo (where you will find all the main attractions). Very kind staff, the check in process was very smooth and easy. The room is comfortable and the location is everything - being right next to the station made very easy coming by train from the airport, going for a day trip to Cefalu and later going to Taormina by train. Super recommend!

Great location for access to Palermo Central train station
Hop on hop off bus has a stop over the road
Hotel was about 10 minute walk to main area of historic district
However aircon didn’t work & because of location it was too noisy to keep door to balcony open
Also bathroom had a musty smell , shower soap not working but that wasn’t a big issue
The area is not really safe , I advise this if you feel vulnerable
The staff were friendly, but they couldn’t help with aircon situation etc

Couldn’t get the aircon to work but could have been me and it only early May so not a dealbreaker. Was travelling by train 🚂 so 💫✨ location 👍 Wenda was super helpful 🙏
