From complaint
I stayed at B&B Camelot from August 12 to 15 and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative.
At 16:05 on the day of arrival I was sent a message to know the estimated time. I replied, but after about 15 minutes I did not receive any more feedback. Once we arrived, after also communicating the flight delay, we waited an hour outside the B&B, without anyone coming to open us. After numerous phone calls, we were finally able to speak to the owner, who informed us that the property was overbooked and that he would be placing us in another accommodation for that night. We were told that the taxi would be charged to them, given the situation.
The alternative accommodation was located about 6 km from the B&B, in an area where there was practically nothing: no restaurant open and no means of transport available. In fact, we completely missed the first night of the stay, due to a problem that was not in the least up to us.
The next day we went to the B&B again, but we had to wait another 45 minutes before being able to enter, because again no one was answering. Once inside, we were offered breakfast, which consisted mainly of industrial products and was served in an environment that, in my opinion, was very dirty and poorly cared for. That's why we decided not to use it.
We also had taxi receipts, for a total of about 50 €, and initially the owner refused to refund us despite having told us himself that the taxi would be charged to them. Only after at least an hour of discussion did he agree to proceed with the refund.
Once settled in the room, we also found the fridge broken and smelly, a particularly absurd situation considering the extreme heat of August. At our complaint we were told that we should not use it, despite our arrival we had been indicated as a space where we could store drinks to face the heat.
In general, I found a very disorganized and unprofessional management, which created a series of avoidable inconveniences: endless waits, lack of assistance, overbooking communicated only upon our arrival, unexpected movements and conditions of the structure not up to scratch.
The only really positive note was the girl at the reception, very kind, helpful and always polite. He was in charge of breakfast, reception and room cleaning and, frankly, I think he does far too many tasks for one person and he certainly deserves more recognition.
Unfortunately, however, his kindness was not enough to compensate for what I consider to be totally inadequate management. I would not return and would not recommend this property.

TERRIBLE stay!!!
My girlfriend and I wanted to stay at this B&B in Palermo for a few days, not that cheap but rated 3 stars, which in truth was worth less than one.
The place is indecent, as soon as you enter there is no elevator but only 3 flights of stairs with a mannequin dressed up on the landing.
Double door to enter the room where only one person can pass at a time.
The welcome was, I would say, terrible, handled over the phone by a girl who, besides explaining the bare minimum, also told us that the bed sheet was stained with rust and that she would have it changed the next morning and not immediately.
Breakfast consisted of packaged snacks, a jar of off-brand chocolate spread used by who knows who in the facility and left on the table to be finished, zero cookies, but once I asked for them, I received simple Balocco Macine cookies.
I have never experienced such a poor quality stay.
A piece of advice I can give is to stay somewhere else, keeping in mind what I have written, so as not to find yourself in an environment that has nothing to do with the uploaded photos, in addition to the indecency of how the facility is treated.

horror hotel
disgusting, it felt like being in a horror hotel, a lot of stairs for those staying on the top floor without an elevator.. as soon as we entered we were barely welcomed without a reception and the room details were not explained in full detail.. not to mention the included breakfast which consisted only of packaged snacks and at a single table with other people who knew each other.. never seen a worse hotel than this

Rooms was clean but bathroom was smell badly . Area is not very quiet and pleasant to stay for longer periods.

Embarrassing.
Really embarrassing.
It seems absurd to pay for a room for 2 nights and find it in that condition.
Aside from the structural inconveniences that I can overlook (raw wall around the door, broken, bidet that is almost detached from the floor).
From a cleanliness and hygiene perspective, I think I have never encountered such a critical situation, not even in my own home.
The website states that we would find a fridge and water; unfortunately, the water had been consumed by someone else before us, as well as the hygiene products, which were opened and used by who knows who before, rather than switching to single-use items.
The worst part comes when we decide to lie down on the bed, which, once the top blanket was lifted, delighted us with dirty, very dirty sheets, and a bedspread full of holes from cigarette butts.
1 star goes solely and exclusively to the kindness of the girl who welcomed us, but for the rest, it would be better to close, get everything in order, and perhaps reopen later.
