Visited hotel for sons wedding
Especially 2 in particular his nickname he told us doado and Francesco.
The front of hotel staff were very friendly and efficient.

Think would enhance the customers experience is would be
A pool that would be available for hotel guests only maybe if you had a different room type.
Also I would think having an all inclusive package like they do on cruise ships one for drinks one for food and one for food and drink and could be distinguished with coloured wrist bands or through the key card.
Silver for drinks gold for food and platinum for food and drink.
This I think with a pool access as well for starting at silver level.
You would find more people staying at the hotel why walk down to the centre when you have everything at the hotel.
In the pool area you could have sun loungers and a snack and pool bar
Again you could put restrictions on this with the status level on the key card would give access to those that paid the premium prices.
This is just a few thoughts that would make your hotel stand out amongst the many in the area .
Yes it is a 15/ 20 minutes walk.
To the centre.
Also I think if you had local intertainment and fun activities like bingo night with a cover charge and a prizes for the four corners and a line and the full house .
Again these are just suggestions to enhance the stay.
