Price / performance - unbeatable. Great quality for great prices.

We stayed a week as guests in Deutschnofen and were allowed to enjoy two fantastic meals at Gasthof Weber.
From the starter to the dessert - everything tasted great. No 0815 - everything had a super natural taste.
My highlight was the veal steak with Parmesan crust with the chanterelle fried potatoes.
We will come back.

BREAD.....how much does it cost me

good food but price ratio a bit expensive.....then the bread to be paid extra at 2.90 over the cover charge seems exaggerated to me....and counterproductive for the restaurateur who thus loses customers for an inappropriate choice .

grazie per la Sua recensione, siamo sempre contenti per critiche e suggerimenti. Vogliamo però precisare che il prezzo del sacchettino del pane c'è sul nostro menù e listino e viene solo portato su ordinazione, richiesta del cliente. NON viene invece addebitato un costo per il coperto. Chiediamo gentilmente di presentare lo scontrino dove c'è presente la posizione COPERTO, grazie.

Great stay at gasthof Weber

We stayed at gasthof Weber for 4 nights in July 2015 and were very pleased with the hotel. We had rooms on the top floor with a great view, so it was a pleasure to weak up with a view on the alps. The rooms themselves were nice, clean and of a good size and a nice bathroom. They seemed to have been newly renovated as everything was looking really nice!
The hotel also has a restaurant where they serve great food for reasonable prices (you can also take halfboard). The food was a nice mix between the more apline cuisine and the italian cuisine. They also have a nice terrace outside where you can enjoy a good drink.

Vale di per sé il viaggio.

Ho prolungato il mio soggiorno in questo hotel perché tutto era perfetto: la qualità del cibo e la sua preparazione, la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale, la funzionalità e la pulizia della camera.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo: abbastanza fuori dal comune, visti i prezzi che circolano in Trentino.. consigliatissimo!!

Familie Weber ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und bemüht sich stets den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bescheren.
Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr sauber und ausreichend groß.
Durch die Größe des Hotels spürt man die Liebe zum Detail. Seien es die frischen Blumen auf dem Tisch, das Duschbad in den Zimmern oder die Qualität des Essens.
Vor allem Letzteres ist nochmal hervorzuheben. Zum Frühstück gibt es frisches Ei und sehr guten Kaffee. Beim Abendmenü werden vor allem regionale Produkte auf sehr hohem Niveau angeboten. Für uns gab es einfach nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu meckern.
Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt!
