We have just returned from a stay at this glamping, and it was simply perfect. If you are looking for a place to completely disconnect and immerse yourself in nature, this is the ideal location.
Everything is taken care of in the smallest details, with impeccable cleanliness that truly makes a difference. A special commendation goes to the owner, Carmelo, who is extremely welcoming and helpful, yet always with a discretion that allows you to enjoy your stay in total intimacy. He delighted us with local products prepared by him, all exquisite and genuine!
A delightful experience that rejuvenates the body and mind. Highly recommended; we will definitely return!

A paradise on earth!!
Shauri Glamping is the best location if you want to unwind and immerse yourself completely in nature. Everything is made even more magical by Carmelo, host and extraordinary cook, attentive to every detail. I highly recommend it and hope to be back as soon as possible!

Nights of stars and untouched nature
Lovely location. Truly a full immersion in nature literally pulling the plug and enjoying the sounds of birds, cicadas, under a starry sky and with breathtaking views.
Carmelo, the host, is a very kind and very helpful person, ready to meet all needs (even the gluten free breakfast with homemade bread and yogurt!).
The tents are very comfortable, the beds very comfortable. Perhaps the only small drawback is the distance to the private bathroom which, for some curtains, can be far enough away to travel the night.
But all in all we must not forget that it is still a campsite and these are insignificant details. Comfort is assured!

In nature
Glamping in the hinterland of Noto between almond and olive trees, foxes and cicadas. For those who love immersion in nature deserves ABSOLUTELY! Stars the fairytale night. Carmelo and his family super helpful with lots of information on how to enjoy the area (we stayed 10 days and took the opportunity to tour Syracuse and Ragusa with tips towards Etna and Catania). Highly recommended!!!

Very camping, unglamorous - The stifling heat!
Campsite accessible after a few kilometers of dirt road (ideal for an off-road vehicle, much less for hatchback or sedan).
For those who, like us, have never had camping experiences, the surprise is not positive.
The claimed private bathroom, is private really, but is located in the breakfast area, a hundred meters from our tent. One hundred dirt meters, unpaved, with stairs and gradients, frankly not passable at night (therefore it is not useful to have a private bathroom).
The tent can be used, we believe, only excluding the summer months (I would say from October to April) because the heat, on 35 ° days with no overcast sky, does not allow you to rest (at 23 it was 29 ° outside the tent, probably at least ten more inside). There is no use, except to remember the straits of university time, the fan supplied (ah, it is also used by ants, who enter the colony by exploiting the passage of the air conditioning tube itself through the window of the tent).
For the first time, in hundreds of nights, we were forced to give up the second night (losing the expense, non-refundable) to look for a suitable solution to the summer weather.
So sorry to the Owner, Carmelo, affable and polite. We are convinced that at other times of the year you can feel good.
I also regret not having had the privilege of being woken up by the deafening singing of cicadas: the singing happened (at about 5 o'clock, really deafening), but we were awake and restless inside a sauna in the shape of a tent.
The bare breakfast, definitely not to remember.
In short, try it in summer only if experienced campers (even if the price we do not believe is camping).
