Good

Bright, clean and modern. Good breakfast and nice pool area. Negatives are that the bar is not brilliant and it is a bit of a hike into the historic centre of Noto. Everything good without being outstanding

Lovely stay

We spent 3 nights at the Grand Hotel Sofia, Noto and had two lovely rooms overlooking the pool and a nice balcony to enjoy the views. The stay was very pleasant and the room very clean! The hotel is well located in the beginning of Noto. Parking was safe within the hotel grounds. Breakfast was good and the waiter very friendly and helpful too.
We would like to praise the receptionist Michele, who was very friendly, helpful and gave us some good tips on what to do and where to go with the kids. Thank you Michele, we will be back in the near future from Malta.

Very good

Structure located at the beginning of the city of known.
Clean and very spacious room with veranda a with comfortable clothesline for costumes and towels.
Exceptional breakfast.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Swimming pool with comfortable and spacious hours.
The location of the structure allows you to visit the historic center with a short walk.
We will definitely be back.

Four stars not deserved

We booked the package for the New Year
Upon arrival the reception was cold. No one accompanied us to the rooms that turned out to be large but shabby with outdated furnishings. The bed exaggeratedly huge as it consists of two king-size beds joined with badly arranged bedding (single and inadequate sheets and blankets for which the linen crossed). The bathroom definitely in need of renovation. Daily cleaning deficient. The sheets on the second day were not even changed and the bed was arranged very summarily. Also on the same was found a small animal. In the bathroom, the courtesy set was not integrated and the basket was not even emptied. The lounges and common areas nice but the New Year's Eve dinner bad as far as food is concerned. It went better the next day where they served a good dinner. Very good breakfast. The waitresses friendly but very cold and not welcoming the girl at reception. To conclude, it does not deserve even four stars
