The true Napoletan experience
The location is perfect, in the middle of old center, everything you want to visit is a few steps away. Rooms are big, clean and perfectly decorated with specific details of the area. I would choose again this place. Breakfast is ok, with packed snacks and coffee, tea and juices.

Rudeness and dirt
Although we had communicated the arrival time and the manager had told us to open the door and door remotely, upon our arrival - despite numerous calls - we had to wait almost two hours before being able to enter the room. The manager did not even apologize and, moreover, since the remote opening did not work, after an hour and a half of waiting, we had to wait further before someone arrived to open us.
The room was dirty: in the bed there was hair and stains not better identified and the toilets were filthy and rusty as in the picture.
The manager was rude in every interaction we had with him and we were not allowed to leave our suitcases in the post checkout facility waiting for the train (first time it happens to me), thus forcing us to pay the luggage deposit.
Bad experience.

Worst 'hotel' in my life! A fuire! To avoid! Peggio di cosi non si puô !
I booked this place on booking.com for a 2 nights stay with my sister-in-law and my 2 years old baby boy. The owner arrived 1 hour late the check-in time agreed. We waited in the street under the sun! My baby was suffering the heath and that hour felt like a lifetime! I called the guy several times but his phone was off. When he finally showed up he said he was at the beach and his phone went dead because of low battery! I mean, you wait for guests and you go to the beach instead?? How irresponsible are you!? He also said he goes to the beach every Sunday and as that day was a Sunday ("lucky us") he couldn't come earlier cause he has his "programmino domenicale" (Sunday plan). I was shocked! He never apologized! He showed us the place and it turns out it is at floor 5, without elevator, with very high and narrow stairs from floor 4 to 5. Impossible for 2 women and a little boy to bring a 26kg luggage upstairs + the baby + the pushchair + the shopping bags! He should have had to be honest when I booked his place and do not take our reservation as his place IS NOT accessible for a family with little kids. I asked him to refund me and he said it is my problem if my baby doesn't want to climb to 5th floor! I was furious, shocked and desperate cause I had no place to go. He left us downstairs and went out screaming I ruined his Sunday plans! I wanted to call the police but honestly I had to focus on finding quickly another hotel to check-in and take care of my baby. This guy does not represent Napoli and its lovely people. He knows nothing of tourism and should not open the reservation to families! I am waiting for my refund now! Also, to tell you all: my solution was The Dante House, they were my guardian angels! God bless them! You can check my review on their page.

Naples trip
I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with two of my friends.
Location of hotel is really amazing and I really love design of this place.
Our room was so cool!With kind of antiques and decorations I felt like in private bedroom not like in hotel.
Gianni the host was nice and helpful.Not always available straight away but thats an Neapolitan thing for a different story ;)

The only one thing I can complain is very simple breakfast.Will be great to have some not sweet choices....But great coffee ! :)

Artsy & Well Appointed
An excellent bed and breakfast in the heart of historic Naples surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood full of shops, food and sites. Gianni the host is kind and provides plenty of extras to help make the stay complete including coffee, tea, snacks, cookies and even little bars for sight seeing. The beds were by far the most comfortable we found in Italy and the artsy decorations were hip and fun.
Contrary to many reviews, we did not find Naples to be dangerous, it’s simply a bustling metropolis with many small roads, alleys and shops. While the historic sites could be a little better kept up in general, you get the feeling that life in Naples is rich with life and diversity.
This is a great place to see it all.
