Superb
Superb apartment completely renovated. Comfortable, well equipped, comfortable bedding, well located between the port, the city center and the historic district. Very warm welcome from property owner who moreover, is very responsive. We highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely go back.

Exceptional experience
Unique availability! The place highly welcoming. I stayed in two rooms of which one was a studio apartment. Spacious, attention to detail and with new finishes.

Disappointed, unrealible, disheartening
❌❌❌Ez életem első negatív értékelése, és szívből írom, mert a helyzet rendkívül kiábrándító volt. Azért választottam ezt a szállást, mert a hirdetés szerint 0-24 órás bejelentkezés volt, ami sajnos nem felelt meg a valóságnak. Bár előre jeleztük a késésünket a repülő késése miatt, a szállásadó szó nélkül törölte a foglalásunkat, és nem adott magyarázatot. Ráadásul egy távolmaradási díjat is felszámoltak, ami teljesen méltánytalan volt. Idegen országban kellett éjszakáznunk a repülőtéren, pedig megérkeztünk volna a szállásra. Az ilyen hozzáállás és a teljes hiányzó segítőkészség teljesen elfogadhatatlan. Senkinek sem ajánlom ezt a szállást, ha megbízható és korrekt szolgáltatásra vágyik.

This is my first negative review, and I write it with a heavy heart because the situation was deeply disappointing. I chose this accommodation because it advertised 24-hour check-in, which unfortunately turned out to be false. Although we informed the host of our delay due to a late flight, the host canceled our reservation without any explanation. On top of that, we were charged a no-show fee, which was completely unreasonable. We had to spend the night at the airport in a foreign country, even though we would have arrived at the accommodation. Such a lack of help and care is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for reliable and fair service.

Naples DownTown is in the most strategic point, close to everything. From here you can move anywhere with extreme ease.
One week stay, family, with 8 year old girl. The B&B is located on the 4th floor of an elegant building in via Depretis 102, a stone's throw from the Municipio Metro, just two stops from the Naples railway station. Equipped with a comfortable lift, it is made up of a few rooms, therefore peace is assured, and offers a large dining/breakfast room with a shared kitchen including all appliances, including a comfortable refrigerator with compartments for each room. The room was large, equipped with two beds, a double bed and a queen-size bed, with bedside tables and reading lights. Decent-sized private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, small balcony, space for suitcases and small table with snacks and TORALDO coffee pods, always replenished. A hairdryer and Schuko socket adapter are provided, as well as shampoo and shower gel. The included breakfast consists of various types of croissants, brought every morning from the bar in front of the B&B. Coffee and tea, as well as milk, yogurt, cereals, honey, are already available in the common kitchen for guests. A few meters from the B&B there is a well-stocked and economical supermarket, the SOLE365, where you will find anything at an excellent price, including fresh local products, fresh bread and a meat, cured meats, fish and delicatessen counter.
You will have freedom of access at any time of the day or night, and the security that no one will enter the building who they shouldn't, as there is a concierge service until 8pm, after which the door will be closed and you can only access with the keys. The B&B staff is very helpful and very discreet, and knows how to provide excellent information on what to visit and how to get there. The price is very attractive enough to make you want to return. The location is fantastic, you have the metro just a few meters away, Molo Beverello is a 5 minute walk away, just as in a few minutes you can walk to the famous Via Toledo or Piazza Plebiscito. About a 10 minute walk you can take bus 140 to visit Posillipo and its wonderful beaches. We recommend installing the UNICO Campania app to manage your digital tickets, you will avoid queues and even checks on vehicles, present on several occasions, will be easier. If you need to hang out towels/bathing suits you can use the small balcony in the dining room, with a small corner for drying out, which overlooks the interior of the building. WIFI is freely accessible throughout the entire structure, with good speed. Daily cleaning with change of linen on request, you will always find your room spotless and fresh. When you leave you will want to return, this small B&B will make you fall in love with Naples, and its management, its tranquility, its excellent price, will only increase the desire to stay another day. Checkout at 10:00, but you can leave your suitcases inside and take advantage of a further tour in the heart of Naples while waiting for your departure time, then recovering them independently. In this B&B you will be in the center of Naples, and at center of your holiday, you will find a small oasis of peace (especially mental) forgetting the daily routine for a few days, and with the knowledge that you will return home better than when you left. Absolutely worth trying. Pizzeria Bellillo right under the B&B, to try.

It could be better
Positive: top location, okay breakfast even if the coffee machine had problems. Price okay, beautiful Naples!
Negative: absent cleaning, dirt, dead mosquitoes everywhere. In the end it wouldn't take much to get a nice review, but the room was honestly a bit disgusting...
