DO NOT STAY HERE - BED BUGS AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I had the worst experience with this hostel! Before my arrival I found via multiple google reviews that the hostel had a beg bug infestation that they did not alert any of their guests of. I contacted them directly to try and cancel my booking as I am allergic to bed bugs and they ignored all my messages despite contacting me just moments before. They then charged me a cancellation fee because they deemed it as a "no show" despite me messaging them on multiple platforms and informing booking.com. They still have not refunded me despite their breach of health and safey protocol and the management were so rude and completely unhelpful. Would never recommed having to deal with this hostel and situation!

WORST HOSTEL ON OUR INTERAILING TRIP BY FAR - DO NOT STAY HERE

WORST HOSTEL - DO NOT STAY HERE
We arrived to realise they double booked our room so we were put in a different room where one of us had to sleep on a mattress on the floor which we later found ants on the floor. We were promised a partial refund as soon as the manager was back from leave which is now a week ago and have not received any money or even a reply to my multiple emails chasing this up.
The property also advertised having WiFi which was not working the entire stay. The room we were given had no windows and was damp so felt like a prison cell especially be wise the tried to fit 3 people in a 2 person room.
I would not recommend.

Worst hostel

The private room was like a closet. No outside window. There was only one window to a corridor where a man slept and snored all night. He also smoked so our room smelled like cigarettes though it smelled like mold even before. Thanks to the staff-girl that worked there the man that slept on the couch was gone for the next evening. The only good thing about the hostel is location.
The power went out one day in the morning and came back in the evening.
I could say that it was the worst hostel we have ever been to.

Avoid This Hostel – Worst Experience Ever!

I had the worst experience at this hostel. I booked a stay in the morning and canceled it, then rebooked at 1 p.m. When I arrived, they tried to charge me for both bookings, claiming commissions and hidden fees. It was clear they were trying to scam me.
On top of that, one of their staff members (a foreigner himself) made racist remarks, blaming people from my country for various issues like wrong bookings. Completely unacceptable behavior!
This hostel is full of hidden charges—they only accept cash, probably to avoid accountability, and they find ways to charge extra for random things like late check-ins or key deposits. When I refused to pay the unfair double booking fee, they simply denied my check-in, leaving me stranded with nowhere to go. Then, instead of admitting their mistake, they blamed me, acting as if I was in the wrong. I knew all the booking details, and when I corrected them, they were extremely rude.
Another shady detail—this hostel operates under two different names: Hello Naples and Backpacker Naples. I checked on Booking.com, and it’s clearly the same place. To make matters worse, when I refused to comply with their unfair demands, they even threatened to block me from staying in other nearby hostels.
As a student traveling on a budget, I expect fair treatment and transparency, but this place was a nightmare. If you value honesty, respect, and fair treatment, DO NOT stay at this hostel. They will find a way to overcharge you, treat you poorly, and leave you stranded. Absolute scam!

Very bad.

This is not a hostel, it's a pigsty there's no one in reception and I was charged 10 euros per pesona to open my outfit is located in a horrible place, the neighbors don't want them, it's with dirty cuddly beds, a pooch the worst I saw in my life as a traveler the only thing that is saved is the reception girl who volunteers but does not go
