Omg the best room ever! I was only in Naples for one night but I want to come back to stay at Kind! First off, Giovanni, the manager is soooooo nice! Love him! And the entire staff!!! Giovanni welcomed me and made sure I was okay! Gave me suggestions and routes! Took me on a tour of the room and was stellar! The room was incredible! I did use the suite tub! Amazing!!! Super clean! And then once you walk out of Kind, you’re on the main shopping street! I was able to just walk outside straight for food, shopping and must see attractions! So amazing! Would highly recommend! 10/10

Long walk up when the elevator quits working.

Decent if you don’t mind walking up 5’long hot dark floors in the dark when the elevator breaks, which was half our stay. No on site staff but some guy who lives nearby who was nice but not at all helpful. All of the disadvantages of an Airbnb but priced like a normal hotel.

We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. Our room was large with plenty of room for three! We would stay here again!

Good surprise!

Unique experience. There are only 4 room. Think Airbnb meets boutique hotel. Spacious modern suite- new and clean. Not other facilities. It met our needs perfectly for a short stay before catching a flight from Naples. Good value.

I cannot recommend this property enough!
Giovanni was professional and a pleasure to talk to. Prior to arrival he messaged us and was prompt and happy to assist via WhatsApp.
Giovanni made is feel very welcome, and provided all the necessary information regarding our stay and the room facilities.
We were very lucky to be offered an earlier check in as the room had been vacated early and was promptly prepared for our arrival. This was above and beyond and we certainly appreciated the offer.
The room we had was fabulous. Extremely comfortable and clean. Everything was in good order and of very high quality.
My only negative was the bath took ages to fill and the water was not very hot.
The property was in a brilliant location, central to everything. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Street noise was blocked out well with the glazing and if you have the room looking onto the courtyard it is very quiet indeed.
We had two balconies looking out over the street which was bright and airy, even though they are standing balconies only.
We had a very comfortable stay, a selection of teas, coffee and still water was supplied free of charge. The mini bar had a good selection, but was chargable.
Unlike other places/hotels we have stayed, your room is generally cleaned and bed made. Kind Places do not do this, but we were not worried as we felt it was not required anyway. Some people may not like this.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend staying. FAB!
