NICE HOTEL

Nice hotel. Nice and clean room.
top-notch staff. Private parking is a joy because parking on the street is complicated
Small restaurant nearby.

IT'S WORTH IT!

We only stayed one night because we were passing through.
The fact that it is one of the few to have a private parking lot in Naples certainly contributed to the choice.
Location outside the center but very convenient.
Spacious room and comfortable beds.
Breakfast included in the price, both sweet and savory (fresh and delicious sfogliatelle and croissants).
For one night it was more than fine!!
We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Good experience!

Clean and welcoming hotel. Kind and very helpful staff. Excellent location for reaching the zoo and Edenlandia. Unfortunately, it was not possible to take the subway from the nearest station because it was closed for construction.

Disappointing treatment from the waiter.

The worst part of my stay was the total rigidity of the restaurant service and the inequality in treatment. During lunch today, I requested to change a dish that I did not like and proposed something very simple as an alternative: some cold cuts. The waiter's response was that, unless it was for a medical intolerance, they did not make changes. I decided to be honest and not lie by inventing an allergy, but his empathy was nonexistent. I find it unacceptable that a 4-star hotel is so inflexible with such an insignificant request. The most annoying thing is that other diners (in this case, a group of young people) were allowed to change dishes without any problems. An establishment of this category should take care of the details, maintain the same criteria for all clients, and offer solutions instead of excuses. Very disappointed with the service.
