A pleasant surprise a few steps from the Central Station

I was positively surprised by the accommodation, the rooms were well furnished, the cleanliness was impeccable. The location, 200 m aka a few minutes walk from Naples central station, made our stay much easier, given the great variety of public transport available there. The manager, Mr. Fabio, very helpful. There is also excellent advice on restaurants in the surrounding area. We were pleased with the kettle with tea bags and biscuits in the room. Curious but ultimately pleasant is the old-fashioned lift that starts by inserting 5 cents (first time that happens to me) of which I attach a photo, given that the structure is on the third floor inside a courtyard. I will certainly use it again in my next stay in Naples and I will recommend it

Solution for one night, strategic location but context to evaluate

Chosen for its proximity to Naples station and for the cheapness of the offer. It is located in an old building in Via Firenze. After an inner courtyard you can take an old elevator to get to the floor. Access was done through a self check-in, quite simple, following the instructions received from the manager. It is located in an area that is not exactly ideal, which especially in the evening is populated by not too legitimate subjects trying to survive, so this aspect must be considered in the choice. The room, inside, was well kept, clean, cozy, with bathroom and a fully functional and modern shower. Breakfast was not included in the reservation.

Horrible experience in Naples

A disaster the treatment and services they sell and do not give. You're alone in not being able to consult anyone. And you can't cook. There's nothing to cook. I felt very abused by the owner who invited me to leave at 24h in the center of Naples. Thanks to this place I got a very bad impression of napoles. As a tourist I felt awful.

We stayed very well.

Clean and welcoming room, very kind owners ready to give us advice and show us their availability for anything and at any time.
A stone's throw from the station and, if you're not too lazy, not too far from the center!
I recommend it.

Bad experience

Very bad experience. It doesn't have a concierge, it says they have a kitchen and it's not true, the neighborhood is difficult. The owners are rude.
I wanted to cook and I consulted before and once I used the kitchen they told me it couldn't be done.
The sympathy ends once you pay, they no longer remember. Some without shame
