Staff was excellent. We had to check in after hours due to issues with flight and the were accommodating.

Nice room but bad location

Very nice room with full equipment, large and partial sea view. Hot tub perfect after a stay in Naples. Due to the only digital codes, the mobile phone was ripped out of our hands when we entered it on the doorstep. Especially if everything happens only digitally it is not easy, good that we have a 2. Cell phone had and we arrived in the room at 22 h unfortunately nobody reached from the hotel. For the codes to be changed, the fear that someone would break in was very great the night. The elevator up to the 5th one can be heard in the room, the movement through the elevator in the room is scary at night.

The room has a modern touch. The tub/shower/jacuzzi was great. We enjoyed the balcony over looking the busy street sounds. Closing the doors, you could not hear a thing!
Easy instructions to get in. Very well equipped with coffee, biscuits and water. It’s within walking distance to the Nativity street that you do not want to miss.

For the price, this place was incredible value! There were small hiccups throughout the stay—our room was ready about 15 minutes late, which was disappointing after a long day of travel given that the lobby does not have seating to relax in while you wait, our air conditioner controls were initially not working (quickly remedied), and one of the shower spouts was spraying onto the floor. However, Miriam was usually available quickly by WhatsApp for any of our needs. Also, their guest relations manager reached out and was happy to help us schedule a last minute dinner reservation by phone which we could not do ourselves since we didn’t speak Italian. Despite the small issues, this was still a phenomenal value, and the location couldn’t be beat. We would definitely return!

Recommended for couples

Really nice room, modern but warm, very nice tub although perhaps the hydro jets needed to be a little stronger, so they are almost useless...there is a Lavazza coffee machine (very good) and a kettle with various tea bags for the breakfast.
Located on the 5th floor (with lift) in Corso Umberto I, it is a 15 minute walk from the train station, a 5 minute walk from the metro and another 20 minutes from Spanganapoli. Very comfortable! Except for the loud traffic noises which were clearly audible even with the window closed which still dampened a bit, I recommend bringing earplugs if like me you wake up immediately.
