Great location & host!

Umberto is a wonderful host. Property is in a great location, practically in Piazza Dante and just off Via Toledo. Easy to walk or hop metro, plus there’s a taxi stand on the street. My room was large & spotless. Bed was comfy. Shower stall was in the main room, not in the small attached WC. Accommodation has recently been renovated & expanded
Was glad I had earplugs for sleeping. Occasional noise from planes early.

Well located, excellent host

Can’t be overstated: excellent host. Umberto is kind, helpful, speaks several languages and is overall a gracious host. The place is very conveniently located, a couple steps away from the metro and from several noteworthy places. It was clean and spacious.

Perfect!

Everything was Perfect! Firstly the owner, Umberto was really friendly and he gave us very helpful advice! The guest room is near many popular monuments..and the area has many restaurants, bars etc..The room was clean and all in all we enjoyed our stay!

OK accomodation

Dsquire is a complex owned by a nice family in Naples - basically, you will have a room with your own bathroom in their home.  Room was decent size for Europe but bed was uncomfortable with a very hard mattress. Other essentials in the room ie. tables, chairs, blow dryer, hot water boiler were of low quality. Also you will have very limited warm water for shower but definitely not hot. Would say, overall more like a hostel than a hotel or B&B. One big plus of this accommodation though is it's proximity to touristy sites of Naples and the safety. We were shocked to get 4 different keys just to get to our room!! Happy Travels.

Very pleased

I had the superior room, which was huge and clean with a nice balcony. The bathroom was also huge. The location is perfect because the metro station is downstarirs. The hosts were helpful and gave us tips on where to go in Naples and other places. The historic Naples town is right across the corner so you can easily walk at night.
