Sleep and go

I stayed for a night in Naples, I stayed at this beautiful b & b with a very convenient location.
The room was small but well laid out and with all new supplies, a gem.
The very kind guy welcomed us with professionalism despite the late check in for the train delay.
Great stay for a hit and run!
Among other things the pastry shop in front perfect for a tasty breakfast!!!

When in Naples - Avoid this accommodation

"Recommended" for travellers who do not care about cleanliness or actual real-life contact with the proprietor of the establishment (which calls itself B&B, but does not provide breakfast, not even a voucher for a café) and those who like their accommodation devoid of any comfort or style. For the remaining 99%: Be aware that the accommodation on offer is about as minimalist as they come and not in a good way. The bathroom reeks of mould, I refrained from stepping into the shower as it was black with the stuff. Using the shower head to wash my hair set the bathroom under water (hence the mould). The bed frame was dirty as was the headboard. Every morning, there was a loud noise from scraping chairs above. We never met the proprietor, a friend of a friend let us in and left us to fend for ourselves. All in all a pretty awful experience in accommodation that was not cheap but definitely not fit for purpose. To be avoided.

a nice experience

we were on holiday in Naples and stayed in this B&B, we had a great time
the owner is a truly exquisite and very kind person
the room was very clean and very large, with a comfortable built-in wardrobe, we had a capsule coffee maker in the room, which was left for us every morning after tidying up the room, and an electric kettle
the bathroom was clean and very nice
the location is very convenient, without even leaving the Central station you get off at Garibaldi station, take the MET towards Posillipo, a few stops and you are in Piazza Amedeo, exiting keep right, the second street on the square is via martucci, three minutes on foot and you're there
I highly recommend this B&B

Very bad, the host was not understanding at all. Our flight got delayed, so we could not check in and the host did not try to help in any way, what is more hed did not proceed to partial or any refund, we were left without a stay in a middle of the Naples! Do not reccomend!!!!!! :(

overall a good experience

The B&B is not on a touristy street. It is near a metro station and a Carrefour supermarket (not to mention various restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.). There is a noisy bar across the street, but my room's window was soundproofed so it wasn't too bad. There is an elevator. The common area and rooms are clean and modern and the bathroom fixtures work. My shower was tiny (a large person would have got stuck in it) and the rod for hanging clothes in the armoire was way too high - being short, I had to use a chair. Otherwise, everything is fine. Marco came by daily to check on things and replied quickly to messages. I was happy to find recycling bins in the cupboard - Naples is overflowing with trash, so who knows where the stuff ends up, but at least Marco is doing his bit. The wifi was good. The breakfast means getting a coffee and pastry at a local cafe - if you like a hot breakfast, this place is not for you (though you can keep yogurt, fruit, cheese, bread, etc. in the fridge in the room). Overall I had a good stay.
