Extraordinary

My wife and I had a truly wonderful experience; the welcome was perfect, the staff was excellent, the quality of the facility was perfect, the rooms were in perfect order, and the food was exquisite. See you soon!

HORR

Horror!
I do not recommend it, disgusting cold food of poor quality. They had given me a decent room compared to those seen recently, but then other people arrived, and instead of putting them in another room, they transferred me and my friends.
The staff blames you even if you did nothing, and you can forget about the deposit money once given because they will come up with a hundred thousand excuses.
The only decent thing is the breakfast, but really very little.

Better than expected (considering the other reviews), ideal as a base.

We stayed at this hotel with the school, and I must admit that, after reading the other reviews on the platform, our expectations were at zero: there were mentions of brown water, rude staff, and terrible food. Fortunately, our experience was significantly better.
At first glance, the lobby appeared well-kept, and the staff was moderately friendly. We stayed on the third floor, which apparently is the most renovated, and we did not encounter any issues with dirt or dust mites.
A downside for the rooms: the tubular locks were quite defective, and we literally had to "learn a technique" to manage to open and close the doors. Additionally, the lighting was insufficient, and the decor was quite dated. The triple and quadruple rooms were actually doubles with the addition of extra beds, which drastically reduced the living space, although the beds turned out to be comfortable, and we slept well. The air conditioning system (heating/cooling) was very noisy and slow to reach the desired temperature. As for the bathroom, it was decently structured, and the water was hot and clean, contrary to what was read online; the only flaw was the showerhead, which was a bit dirty and had a weak water flow (drip). An unexpected commendation: we had left some underwear in the bidet, and the staff washed it for us.
On the dining front, there were ups and downs:
*The dinners: The first evening did not go very well, with tortiglioni pasta with cream and peas that were not exceptional and a roast beef accompanied by fries that seemed to have been fried for days. The second evening was definitely better, with excellent Portofino pasta (sauce and pesto) and a pork cutlet with fries that were fresh and just fried this time.
*The breakfast: Good and in line with hotel standards, featuring a varied buffet (ham, cheese, Nutella, honey, excellent croissants, and the classic unsalted Tuscan bread).
*The packed lunch: Quite disappointing. It included a bottle of water, an apple, an ACE juice, a sandwich with a single slice of ham and a slice of cheese, and an unidentified product based on mozzarella.
Regarding the service, the staff was generally kind, except for a few decidedly unfriendly waiters. I also deny the rumors that claimed alcoholic beverages were offered in exchange for positive reviews: nothing of the sort happened during our stay.
In conclusion, the experience for a 3-star hotel was quite good, especially when compared to the catastrophic accounts in other reviews. I recommend it if you are looking for a place solely to wash up and sleep at night, without too many pretensions, and not as a place to "live" during the day.

terrible

Let's start with the fact that when we had dinner, the dishes were disgusting and had hair in them, the rooms are old and smell, and there were many mosquitoes, the staff was very rude and blamed us even if it was not our fault, the sofas and armchairs were old and dirty. I do not recommend it.

Waste of money

A terrible experience, there are stains of dried blood, the sheets are stained, it smells very bad as soon as you open the door, my room has no shower screen, the photos are nothing like reality, it is a total disappointment, everything is full of dust and besides there was a feather on the floor. According to my friends there are dried blood stains under the bed. I do not recommend it at all, if you are looking for something cheap and good this is not at all what you need. Avoid it at all costs.
