Beautiful hotel
Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel that is in a great location. It was very clean and well kept. Room was spacious.
The only issue was getting checked in and with anyone being on the front desk for the duration of the stay

Very disappointing stay overall.
Very disappointing stay overall. Communication before check-in was poor and it took several emails and phone calls to get basic information. The breakfast was weak, with very limited choice, and we had to eat in the hot sun with no shade at all. The breakfast room was also under renovation, which had not been mentioned in advance. The room and bed were acceptable, but the view was only toward a backyard. The terrace was worn, and the evening lighting was very poor. Staff were polite, but they did not speak English and were only available in the mornings. No responsible person was visible during our 10-day stay. The location was okay, but that was the only real positive.

Never again this hotel
Inadmissible to have paid 240 € for one night for these services. First of all, the description of the room does not correspond to how it really is. Booked the king suite – 26 m2 – to be considered suite the room should have at least 2 separate rooms + bathroom – instead there was only one room. The description says ‘the peculiarity of this room are the pool with a view and the Jacuzzi... with a terrace overlooking the sea’. Well, the pool is on a communal terrace (by the way the pool was really dirty), and there is no terrace in the room but a small balcony where a round table fits. In the evening we took a shower in the hot tub in the room, and leaving we found the whole bathroom flooded because the tub was leaking from below. We asked to clean while we were out for dinner and they said ‘I should ask the Cleaning Service, can you take my picture?’ Eventually they came, but they took away the tub mat without replacing it and the bathroom remained partially wet on the ground, around the tub, until the next morning. Breakfast is not buffet style: you can choose between Italian or continental and they ask you what time you want to do it. We asked for 9am, but despite warning of my celiac disease, they told us they had problems and breakfast could be either at 8:30am or 9:30am due to problems with the preparation (some Schär biscuits, ready-made, and a packed snack). We were asked if we wanted to make it on the terrace or in the room, we said on the terrace, but the next morning, when we woke up, not only was breakfast not ready at 9:30, but we were not allowed to make it on the terrace as requested, but in a common room. In addition, our savoury dish had no cold cuts, while they were on the plates of other guests.

Attention - I do not recommend
A great disappointment as the reality is not as seen in the photos of netizens of 2016. If the room is correct, the common parts leave much to be desired.
The hotel has 4 rooms and at 14 hours ours was not ready...
We paid for a room with jacuzzi and found a hot tub.
The roof is kind of abandoned and the furniture is ruined. On arrival they confirm that there is a rooftop pool but it is actually 20 cm deep. It's like a giant rain that you can't get your feet into at 4pm because the remnant of water boils.
It gave us the feeling that once it could have been a hotel with chill out atmosphere but today it is not so but it is a slightly "doubtful" atmosphere (the rooftop Jacuzzi has door and curtains, some bed is round...)
Now, the reception girls very friendly and helpful. But you have to tell them what time you're going to have breakfast even though the range is 8 to 10. A little particular!

Horrible, you can't call it a hotel
It's a scam, it has no pool and the nearby beach is full of people and it's dirty, the rooftop pool is 40 cm deep and two meters long, it's not a pool, it has no elevator and on the staircase you can only pass one person, the ugly and dirty facade you can't park the car all blue area, it only has four rooms, there are better hotels in the area, I changed to another hotel the second day
