New and very nice and clean rooms. Located with easy parking on the streets for free. Breakfast is good.
Service: we were met with “late check in” fees that Hotels.com did not mention, and the most ridiculous was that we arrived 20:05 and the receptionist was still there and had to pay 20 euro for the 5 min late check-out. Not the best service I have met….
Room 201 very noisy (from street and the breakfast area) - we had to buy our own earplugs.

We booked for 5 days and were very happy with the place. It was very centrally located and everything was brand new and fresh. Simple breakfast but met our needs. We can definitely recommend the place and we will come back again.

Friendly staff, even though the place was not permanently staffed. A bit awkward having the jacuzzi in the main room.

ALL PERFECT

Brand new and beautiful property in the heart of Monopoli. Already the entrance is a shot in the eye, and then move on to the tastefully decorated rooms. We spent Valentine's weekend in the company of 2 other couples, where we found hospitality and kindness from the entire staff. The beauty of the unique bathroom, I have been around a lot but such a beautiful and elegant bathroom I had only seen in Dubai where everything is perfect there. Sweet and savoury breakfast buffet with fresh produce.
Too bad it was not possible to try the spa, which I will do immediately next time.
Exceptional value for money, what about, if you happen to monopolies do not hesitate to book.
I will definitely stay there again.
