Very comfortable

This place is very beautiful and is run by two young people who are very helpful. The rooms are very clean, spacious and large. The breakfast is served downstairs in a charming old room. It is well located in the city and the city can be used as a starting point to visit all the sites around.

Fabulous place

Great stay. Wonderful hosts Vittorio and Francesca - friendly and so helpful ! Great location in quiet street few mins from main area. Nice view from balcony. Spacious clean room . Lovely building inside . Fantastic breakfast - vegan and vegetarian friendly .

Characteristic B&B

Recently we have stayed for 2 nights in the lovely city of Modica. This B&B is an expertly refurbished antique palazzo in the heart if Modica. The staff was very nice and super helpful, the rooms where spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast was adequate. It is also very reasonably priced. It does not get 5 stars for 2 reasons. First, if you are travelling by car, parking can be a real problem (and carrying your luggage up the hill can be a challenge). Secondly there was a slight problem with pressure in the bathroom pipes which meant waiting 5 minutes for warm water to arrive to the tap.

Warm, generous, charming B&B and Martine the manager

Martine met us and helped us navigate the one way streets and construction sites to the hotel. She helped us with our bags on the cobble stone streets. And she showed us to a delightful room with a beautiful view of the city. She gave us excellent advice to see the mideival town, where to dine and what to try... Go to Modica and enjoy a beautiful slow town with excellent products and friendly people.

Lovely!

We spent a night in beautiful Modica at this lovely Bed and Breakfast. The experience was fabulous from start to finish.
Neither Siri nor Google Maps could find Palazzo Beau, so Martina drove down to meet us and had us follow her. Once we had done it the first time it was super easy to find!
Martina made sure we were settled in comfortably, gave us wonderful recommendations for places to go and things to do, secured us dinner reservations, and then called us during the evening to make sure we found everything easily.
Palazzo Beau itself is really lovely. An old palazzo that has had a modern facelift, you have the benefit of a updated bathroom with great shower pressure and plenty of electric outlets.
Our bed was incredibly comfortable and our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of Modica. Everything was streamlined, pristine and clean, without losing the feel of being in a centuries old palazzo.
Martina gave us lots of time and attention and made us feel very cared for and welcomed. She was able to give us loads of information about the history of the palazzo, Modica and the entire area. She speaks English flawlessly and is both charming and fun.
I would absolutely come and stay here again, next time hopefully for several days.
